    • @chrisbrown8748
      @chrisbrown8748 Před rokem +27

      Hahaha this person clearly just has sh*tty credit😂😂😂. I accepted it because it’s super simple to have very good credit (my lowest FICO is 768 and I’m always opening new lines of credit and if I didn’t I’d be a 850 easy) and if you actually understood this system you might see the benefits of it. 1) PAY YOUR DAMN BILLS!!!!!! If your 30, 60, 90, or 120 days late that will get reported to all three credit bureau’s and you will basically be screwed for the next 7 years unless you basically find a scam like she was offering lol. 2) Credit utilization needs to be in check. I’m super anal about this one and it’s to the point that I never let any card have more than 1% of my credit limit report to the bureau’s because I don’t go off of a due date I memorized the statement close date for every credit card and charge card I have and I pay the majority of each balance before ever receiving a bill so that my Chase Freedom Unlimited card for example with a $12,500 limit is only reporting that I owe $100 even though the past 30 days I charged over $2k on it I paid all but $100 of that by the 10th of the month when my statement closed. 3) this goes along with #1 DON’T HAVE ANY DEROGATORY MARKS ON YOUR CREDIT, if you can ace these top three categories you will be in good shape and if you can ace the others such as average age of accounts, number of credit accounts and hard inquiries you will be on your way to a 850. Like bro the governments of this world all use the exact same credit system this is why the U.S. has debt in the trillions of dollars (and why people that don’t understand credit think that’s a bad thing when it’s actually a good thing I.e. check someone’s personal credit that has no credit cards and no loans compared to someone with 20 credit cards in good standing and a mortgage and car note) but we have a good credit rating because we’ve shown we can manage trillions in debt without issue.

      You can tell the police seargant feels bad about her arrest for him to say she helped people is a statement that can be used against him thats why he mentioned that she used his name on those police reports. He didnt want her arrested but he also cannot get in trouble himself when theirs over 150 false police reports. What she did was a crime falsifing a police report is a crime making false police reports of faslified police reports is a bigger crime one the officer could get blamed for. I am pretty sure it wasnt the first time it occured it just got so out of hand he couldnt allow it to go on any longer and the person who called the police was probably the only one who gave him information. At my job someone called to verify employment of someone we work from home so I do not know whether person works for us or not but when they asked I just said who? Oh yeah ofcourse and gave them the front desk number, Seriously its 2022 I think this shit is stupid of credit score, 3x the rent, references its all dumb 95% of people lie about it.

The housing crisis was a perfect example, when you tell poor people they can afford a large home...many of them somehow think they can. When i was 18 i almost bought a house with my friend, i literally had like 20 credit points too low. 1 year later the housing market would crash, and the home would have lost 40% of the value but we would have been on the hook for a 200% loan. Actually, now that i think about it, they were going to give us the house but somebody else put 10,000 down which beat us on the offers. I think credit/bill paying should be a mandatory class in grade school.

You’re feeding people this idea they don’t have to work and that the rich should be taxed and given to the poor. This only leads further down the cycle of the rat race. Give an American more money such as a raise and they’ll increase their spendings, hence they incur more debt.

      @@AlbertKimMusic yes, but we already live in a society highly in favor of corporate interests already. This is simply the other side of the coin. People who are denied the ability to purchase a home due to their credit score, are allowed to rent a home paying an increased rate and pay for the home three times full and never own it. To even apply for a job anymore you must submit urine, hair follicles, backgrounds, social media's and countless amounts of data is taken from you. All current sales models are designed off psychological studies on manipulation. The average price of a vehicle is well above what it should be, due to federal regulations and government back corporate interests. All of that angers me much more than the everyday American getting a little bit ahead. You should really question yourself on why it causes you to feel hate.
