There's this show in Hong Kong called D.I.E/Death Investigation Extension And one of the scenes basically rips off Saw by placing the character in a situation where she has to cut open a dudes stomach to retrieve the key. Pretty creative solution she thought of- punch the dudes stomach so much he vomits it out. Simple.
