First of all, that was a very exciting adventure with beautiful water falls and scenery! Second of all, hello to you both and to Eagle Eyes for being such a trooper soldiering on! I'm very proud of you both! Third of all, I hope you have an emergency beacon, GPS locator, just in case someone gets injured and is in need of help! Last of all, Thank You both for such an incredible adventure into history and finding relics of the JU52 that went down there!

Wow you are too kind my friend. Actually we have a detailed set of rules of what we or EE should do if anything happens. He has direct instructions with him at any given time out there and we practice emergency drills often , perhaps too often but then we feel very safe. We always carry at least 2 phones , 1 compass and a before printed map of the area so , specially EE , can figure out where he is and what to do if his old grumpy dad falls into a endless pit and cries :))) Thanks my friend for your incredible support it is greatly appreciated and will come in handy in our next epic ww2 road trip in planning. Greetings from us and be safe.

I lived near the Merrit Island airport. He would fly over our house so low I could see and wave to Martin as he flew over. He would often wave and rock his wings. My ex-father in law was a Luftwaffe Pilot and flew the JU-52. He called it the flying coffin. It was so slow and the skin so thin, the attacking fighters bullets would go through one side and out the other unless they hit a soldier.

You and Eagle Eyes make a great team. You lift each other’s spirits up when things aren’t going well. Even though at first you were on the wrong side of the river, it gave a great perspective of the crash site. The steepness of the mountain gives you an idea of just how violent the crash was. The times you spend with Eagle Eyes will be cherished for many years. You’ll be in a rocking chair telling your grandchildren about the adventures you and Eagle Eyes did. Looking forward to you both going back to this location to see what else may be there. Try to go during the dry season to make it a little more safe.

You both have such passion and stamina. it’s amazing that after so many hours you managed to find parts from the crash site. May all those German soldiers who so sadly died there RIP. I would love to have some climbing gear to descend to the bottom near the river just to see if any items have slid down towards the bottom. It’s remarkable to find those to pieces of the plane. Seeing how the last piece you showed was mangled it had to be a horrific crash. I feel sorry for the lives that were lost. You both always go above and beyond to bring us these great adventures.

Hi history hunter and Eagle eyes. You both make my evening in the bath so relaxing to watch you both do all this so people around the world who is interested in WW2 history. Eagle eyes you make very happy for being out with your father on these Adventures for a very young lad, some lads like you would not have time or the guts to do this with there fathers because they just want to sit in there bedroom playing on xbox or PlayStation at your age. But you are a true soldier who just keeps on going right up to the end. And I know your father is so happy with you for doing all this with him. I'm a father but I've don't see my son because he lives with his mother. So keep it up Eagle eyes and one day your father would let have a camera so you and go on and doing it on your own one day 😀 😉 👍 😄 😊

That was a well made aircraft, ribbed structure ,de ice blades, not a fast bird but tough like our C 47s and 46s. Beautiful video, the waterfalls remind me of Snow Falls just north of Dayton, Tennessee we used to camp , to get to the top it was a 4 hour hike, rappelling and spelunking was fun, the old Indian caves, pottery, arrow heads, etc...., I've got 3 different arrow heads, a black one, white and red one. Anyways, I'm babbling on again, keep up the great work, glad EE is back to his old young self again I'm trying to type with a chiweenie in my lap, typos included. Be safe guys

What a beautiful but dangerous location EE is a trooper and I can't believe how he keeps going ,you would think just finding a couple of artifacts would deflate his enthusiasm but it seems to make him want more, and if I may say its all down to the way he has been brought up.

If you use a small ball of clay and just squash it in your hand it really helps to strengthen the hand and arm again. That's what the Army doctor's had me do when I had a broken left wrist and a broken collar & shattered right arm.
I hope that helps. God bless.
