Kane isn't "struggling." He is purposely sabotaging the team. This is what happens when you keep a player that does not want to be at a club. I would have preferred to sell him and just keep the money for next season/winter transfer window.
Well, if he continues sabotaging himself to get out of the team this whole season, his whole career will go down faster than a drop of rain because 1. he’s ageing. 2. his footballing body language and movements are not like a modern striker at all(lewandoski too, he has that type of movements/body that is not modern-ish but he realised this season that he’s not going anywhere and so he decided to continue giving his 100% effort) and this is where a big problem in football continues to go by because not only Kane decided to do this in the current season even mbappe, pogba and many in the Spanish league are trying to sabotage themselves in order to get sold but that’s not easy.
The man was picturing himself in the city jersey and finally ended up as hostage in spurs prison...he clearly wants city... should force the move in winter transfer.

So happy Spurs held on to Kane after how hard he tried to leave, it was clear to me that he would struggle this season and they would also struggle, it was a stupid move to not let him go for 100M. Tottenham haven't won a single trophy with Harry Kane, not blaming Kane for that but sometimes, it's just not working out. They should've taken the money, brought it someone hungry and motivated, maybe not as talented as Kane but at least you'd be getting a player who wants to be at the club. Players are humans, if there's no motivation to do well then they'll tend to coast. Kane knows even if he scored 30 goals in 38 league games, Tottenham wont even make top 4 much less challenge for a title so where's the motivation for him.
As a United fan it worked out perfectly for us, City don't have Kane and we got Ronaldo, that is so key for us closing the gap on the top this season.

Roy Keane is right. I love Harry and he is incredibly talented but I've never seen him really dig in when the chips are down.
You can see the difference in generations when Roy and Graeme speak compared to Micah. Those two come from an era when players had an increased sense of responsibility to their team and supporters. Harry Kane is a brilliant footballer but he has to effect the game in other ways than just when Spurs have the ball. And you can’t pick and choose when to try hard. Palace is a London derby. So is Chelsea. You’ve got to show up every game.

That was without Kane. Truth is: They should have sold him to City and used that money to sign a good striker. They could have gotten players like Tammy Abraham, Lingard and even Danny Ings or Leon Bailey. The fact is: Levy shot himself by not selling. Kane will be injured 2-3 months again in Jan (as always) and Spurs will finish 6th or 7th. Next season, same thing. They should have sold Kane. You could see the motivation is not there anymore.

That point Graeme made about Kane not going into the box was really evident in yesterday’s game vs Chelsea. Him dropping down that deep is hurting Spurs attacking threat , leaving son alone up there to take on centre backs.
Because Spurs have no attacking midfielders that can hold onto the ball and pick out progressive passes, like they used to with Erikson. Hence, Kane drops deep to try and involve himself in the game.
You can see the veins popping on Souness' little round head as he refrains from attacking pogba in every sentence
Spurs have a good team, but they lack motivation. Motivation in the sense that players know their is nothing to play for. Look at Kane. One of the best strikers in the World with zero trophy at 28 years. 29 next year.

in my opinion i think mason is struggling due to lukaku, and the reason why is because mason isnt used to having a striker that comes down and knows how to hold ball and spread. mason is more of a doing quick passes and 1 2 football with striker. he just needs to find himself.

This is why you never keep a player against his will... When someone wants to go you get the most you can and move on, clubs should be above any player and focus on the team rather the individual.
I really would like Keane to get another chance at Managing a team, hope he will try at a Chamionship side because the man has the talent but his issue is his anger.

To be honest being where they have been for the past number of years has been a trophy for them, they are slowly going back to where a club like spurs should be.

How annoyed is Keane. It’s raw effort he’s on about. He’s spot on about Kane, he’s been turned completely by the Man City stuff. I coach kids and the first thing I try to get going with them is “never quit” no matter what’s happening. Why Keane is so angry is why he is Roy Keane, not a grain of quit in him. Kane is earning god knows how much, most of us would do it for nowt.
The great thing about Roy Keane is he speaks his mind and demands excellence from everyone, but he absolutely earned that right because the man left everything on the pitch everytime he stepped on.

What was the result? He had the best season of his career so far, top scorer and assists, literally no one complained coz him and Son had form last season regardless of where Kane found himself on the pitch.
The reason why y'all complaining is simply coz he ain't scoring or assisting no more, could be coz he doesn't want to be at Spurs nomore or he just hasn't found form or Nuno ain't José so tactics ain't the same, but people are saying it's coz he's coming in midfield, yet again he did that last season and still found the net.
