Ryan Lardner I thought the dress was a light blue/silver glittering dress? It makes it look purple because when she comes out of the water, it's like she is shadowed over. As if the sparkles and the water outshine and blind you to see a beautiful dark figure surfacing.

Kira Burke the only tutorial she has is how to dye her hair. I think this person meant how she styles her hair all the time.
She really just straightens her hair and puts it in a ponytail (w/ her extensions). As for the bangs, she brushes them to the side because that's where they naturally fall. Her bangs have volume because her hair is just naturally thick and poofy. I think she might uses hair spray to keep all the baby hairs in as well.
I just gathered what I knew about her hair and formed a conclusion btw. Might not be 100% but it's a close one haha.
