  • James Wasson, who cursed at a judge and kicked down a courtroom podium during an earlier court appearance, had another outburst during a sentencing hearing in Butte. Wasson's outburst a few days earlier was in response to District Judge Ed McLean's denial of a plea bargain that would have shortened Wasson's sentence.

47 now. Id rather die man... I can't imagine in my wildest dreams what it must be like to be sitting in jail with a sentence like that. I'm sure every year would feel like the longest of your life, and then you make it through one finally and realize you still have 49 more of them to go. And then what? You make it through the prison term alive and without losing your mind, and are released in your late 60's/early 70's? Living the last few years of your life knowing about everything you missed out on and never experienced seems almost worse then the prison time. Like i said, id rather die. If God forbid I was ever in the same situation as this guy, I would bring a cyanide capsule or something to court so that I could swallow it after I heard my sentence. Theres actually a video on here of a guy doing just that after receiving a long prison sentence for arson.

Actually... prison isn't that bad. Hear me out. I went to prison for 9 years for shooting a bully in the face as he slept on his sofa at night in 2003. Bad I know but... in prison I got to play XBOX 360 video games. If I was into drugs, I had more access to drugs than I ever had in my life. Prison rape is non existant in Arizona prison since they do not segregate the gays from general population and it's hella frowned upon. Also, in Arizona the pathetic prison "gangs" are given a seat a the table to run things for the prison officials. Blind eyes will arise if you take care of prison officials and how do you think modern smart phones are inside prison? They don't fit inside the rectum. (The guards bring in most of the contraband). I learned how to become a more efficient patient criminal in crimes that involve burglarizing abandoned buildings and hunting down scrap metal from abandoned cartel vehicles in the desert. It's not good but it's a farcry from it effective punishment. So no. Unfortunately this man will be playing basketball and forgetting his cares with like minded people for the next 42 or 32 years... lol most states only allow you to do a fraction of your time incarcerated as long as you have the ability to be paroled. In Arizona you only have to serve 85%. In other states it's as low as 65%. He'll be out in time to be recieving social security's bare minimum.
