Piers suggests cancelling International Women's Day until everyone is able to define a woman. But Angelica believes that people should have the freedom to identify as they please. Tomi counters that the dangers of this is that young impressionable children can become confused about their own identity.
Piers finally critiques that self-identification has no line and therefore he could identify as a "black lesbian" by today's standards - which he says is "ridiculous".

Thank you Piers for standing up for “tomboys.” I know for sure if given the option in childhood, I probably would’ve wanted to transition due to being told that my interests were confusing and uncomfortable to others. Thankfully I grew up and learned to be comfortable with who I am. It’s painful to see the homophobia hidden within the argument. It’s also astonishing to realize the contradiction in the conversations surrounding gender from those who call themselves “trans activists.” We need more people to stand up for gender fluidity- who are supporting of that fluidity to not confuse biological differences. To push a child towards transitioning is to further convince that child that something is wrong with them- and that is heartbreaking.

I grew up with five brothers. I was a total tomboy. When I hit puberty, I absolutely loathed my body, and I was so angry I was a girl, and not a boy. Thank GOD my parents had the sense to remind me I was a girl. I worked through it, and by the time I was 15-16, I no longer hated my body, or resented the fact that I was a woman. I grew up, married, raised four sons, and own a successful business in a totally male dominated field. Thank God for common sense, God-fearing parents, and actual science!

I can't believe we need to have these debates. People who identify as they/them, gender fluid, or whatever, should have just been completely ignored.
What has transpired is absolute lunacy. So when census tabulations are done, do we have to create sub-groupings for people who identify as a piano?, and others who identify as car tires and perhaps some who may identify as a spaceship? Where does it end? It seems that reason and logic are no longer necessities in a debate. Passion and imperfection seem to be the primary directives.
I was a tomboy and still is. Today, I am happily married with four children and living a happy life. If I had fallen in the hands of these people and hearken to their lies, I can't even imagine what my life would be today.

I'm just like you. I'm a woman, a mom, and a tomboy. If I was a teen today a psychiatrist would tell me that I'm a male in a female's body. I've always been stubborn and not weak-minded. I never needed to follow the crowd. Social media has children not wanting to live. The trans community claims that children won't want to live. If your child is claiming to harm themselves or others you would take them to a therapist or psychiatrist. They need group therapy, family therapy, and individual therapy to get to the root of the problem. If they're depressed and get the surgery they'll still be depressed because there is more going on.
If you feel trapped in the wrong body wait until you're 18. It's like a 16-year-old wanting to get married and parents say to wait until you're 18. You say you're in love. Then why rush to marry? If it's love it will be there 2 years from now. Otherwise, it's infatuation.
Making a permanent decision about what may be phase young people need to slow down. Parents need to remember what it was like to be young and how they aren't the same person today as back then.

I'm a 24 and a tomboy (always have been). In high school, I was brainwashed into believing that i wasn't actually a girl because I was more masculine than all of my female peers. Today, I'm engaged to my fiancé, and if I'm blessed to be, I want to be a mother. I’m a gay male. Between the ages of about 8 and 12 I was quite effeminate. I had no interest in sports, I preferred the company of girls and didn’t like the outside. I used to like wearing mascara and painting my finger nails until I got told off for it.
Fast forward twenty years and I’m an engineering officer in the RAF. I’m not a crossdresser, a drag queen or feminine at all now. It wasn’t beaten out of me, I just grew up. God forbid what would have happened to me if I was born 2010 and acted like that.
