This is the closest we are getting to a Girl Defined 3 video and im crawling on the ground picking up any crumbs of that era for some free dopamine
Its wild one of them is sex obsessed now
@@em84cWHAT?? What did I miss??
@@jessicamendoza1133 she sells sex courses and keeps commenting on social media about her sex life 😆 There are you tube videos about it
I also need more informartion. For Christian reasons.

Noel... I will never forget the creepy smile tiktok arc you went through. This gave me intense flashbacks.

WHAT
0:39 as a Christian myself, this is too true. So much of Christianity feels like a challenge of who can be the corniest
You’re all corny
Because the core of it is corny. Hello?
I wonder why bro
Damn, I’m not even Christian, but I feel bad for you immediately getting dunked on by 3 comments in a row, lol. I’m sure, like most people, you’re just a regular person going about your day, regardless of religion. Have a like from me.
@@facetioustitan3900I love this. Kindness is rare in the comment section. Well done!
I was 2 minutes and 19 seconds in and scrolling on my phone when I realized cody is in fact, NOT in the studio.. he is the screen student from ANT farm.
OK the body threw me off 😊
i have not thought about ant farm in years im actually take aback at how i fully wiped that show from my memory
“he’s like a cool pastor, passive aggressive and controlling” 😭
Its just uncanny valley, like there's nothing obviously wrong but his smile isn't real. But I feel like modern Christianity has become akin to Televangelisim, just on social media.
So very well said, I feel the same way about the mormon/ christian 'family youtube channels' trend, it's evangelical reality tv (sorry for the mistakes, not my first language )
lol religions always been a grift
I have only really seen Americans doing it though. I'm sure there's others but it seems like an American-grown thing, to present Christianity this uncanny way. Like there are a lot of Mormons in Tonga but they're a bit more regular and relatable.
I love how they started naming random verses but John 3:20 was actually a slapper for this bit
What is it
“For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed.”
John 3:20 ESV

@@LizHernandez-bj4ow me as hell, that's hard
@@LizHernandez-bj4ow that's ironic really😂
This dudes smile is terrifying.
lololol the "lobotomy core" comment next to the first clip I'm dead!

The Mormon glaze
On brand that it's not "Mormon gaze" and instead much more insinuating. Mormon glaze is cannon
Nothing behind those eyes fr

As a Christian girl, please keep those guys far away from me. The first one legit gave me the creeps.
Admitting you get bricked up by pastel highlighters is a new level. Not sure if I like it or hate it yet, just kind of shocked atm.
bricked up by pastel highlighters IN CHUCH 😭
I’m eating falafel rn. Jus so u guys know.
Hope it's good
thanks for keeping us up to date
@@MadDunhill ur welcome
I really appreciated this update
Awesome!!!
As a Christian dude, Cody saying John 3:20 right from the jump HAS to be this dude’s sign to STOP WHATEVER THIS IS
What lmfao
Oh nooooo the universe is gonna end because of some scribbles in your cult book 😱
@@danny2481 u r dumb
John 3:20 says "Everyone who does evil hates the light and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed." So I think he means that Cody making up a Bible verse and it randomly being the reference to this verse is a funny coincidence because these thirst trappers prob don't have pure motives
@danny2481 do you atheists ever do anything besides attack Christians/Christianity? Every comment about someone being a Christian gets attacked by yall
As someone who grew up in the Bible Belt/rural south, it’s laughable to think the girl who would fall for this would then question the guy for continuing to do certain things
That moment when your wife schools you on an obscure verse from the Bible and you’re like wtf
Who taught you how to read?!!?
Growing up Christian I used to bring up Ephesians 6:4, "Father do not bring your children to wrath." whenever my dad would yell at us, he would get even more mad after that 😂 edit: still a Christian (ik no one asked but I just wanna share)
Relatable. This and many other examples of hypocrisy are why people leave the church. I pray we can be better than that.
If nothing else, at least we'll have integrity and a clean conscience...
(Edits were for clarity
@@SyoDraws agreed 🙌🏽
3:53 bro my mom forced me into Keepers at Home when I was a kid, it’s basically housewife boot camp. They talked about a proverbs women so mf much and gave me SO much Jesus homework on TOP of my regular ass homework-girls be annotating. All I asked was to be in Girl Scouts😔
Training little girls to be "keepers" aka someone's wife is so culty.
I was in Keepers as a kid too! My brothers got to be in Boy Scouts and I was stuck learning how to embroider :(
This is so sad……
And yet I’d bet money that there’s no proverbs man camps for the boys 🤦🏻♀️
@@reversehatred Solidarity, comrade😔
my mom and dad are Christian, I wouldn't consider them to be extremists Christians AT ALL, but they are for sure devout, and I can guarantee they would see this as pretty hypocritical. I mean at the end of the day, a thirst trap is a thirst trap yk
First dude kinda looks like a purge mask 😭 Which is a complement cus they have great teeth!
the disembodied head edit for cody is killing me
Lol you’d be surprised “they can’t act on it” tell that to pastors kids lmao they be SA people left and right with no consequences it really needs to be addressed in that community
i've heard of this from my other friends' churches. Glad to hear it is more common than we pretend. But my parent's generation will never believe me when I explain this lol
There's more SA abuse in public schools than what happened in the Catholic Church many years ago
Why blame the kids? The pastors themselves are the OGs
@@kpoplover1901agreed! So much denial in the face of overwhelming evidence. But I guess if you can convince yourself there's an invisible man in the sky, anything is game
Worse when they blame it on LGBTQ+ :) people :)
They really be spreading lies and false information (a sin btw, lying IS a sin whether y’all like LGBTQIA’s+ people or not, it’s still wrong and disgusting.) they be calling them groomers or other nasty shït yet it’s been confirmed (and always been a FACT) that heterosexual people are the ones with the MOST cases in this earth!!!!!
It’s always straight people who grooms minors and do other disgusting horrible behavior. Yet they have the audacity to BLAME LGBTQ+ PEOPLE FOR THEIR NASTY SINS????!!!! Like excuse me????!!!!! ._.
They’re using LGBTQIA’s+ as an excuse so the hatred can go more for them and they’ll be excused. So they can continue passing this and excusing this without any of these straight people getting caught and that’s just fucked up. Even coming from a homophobic person, that’s just not it.
put ‘christian’ behind any normal thing and it’s always some insane sht 😭

I grew up in this culture and now that I’m out of it it feels so weird to see, especially when people who didn’t grow up in it react to it
2:37 im a Christian, its creators like Preston that make me want to dip and not associate with anyone who relates or makes christian content online lmao, most of them just do it for money and views, or are just so extreme that its embarrassing
hope you stay strong in your faith and don't let those tiktokers in sheep's clothing persuade you away from it ❤
Being an adult and still believing in fairy tales is extreme bro

As a Christian myself, Christian online content creators are so annoying.
It makes us look bad:/
I think imma need a tutorial on how to make Christian thirst traps in a God honoring way

Noel’s hair looks so good!
Noel's pronunciation of "Ecclesiastes" is sending me lmao
Weird video for the second guy to make considering he’s married. 😂
That first dude needs to put down his crest white strips cause those teeth are so bright!
5:10 snapping to attn at the absurdity of Christian dating is crazy
cody on the screen omfg
I'm a Christian and I see this crap and cringe. I hate it when guys try to seem like "overly" saved in order to flirt with me. It makes me uncomfortable and it's so fake. Just be freaking normal!
My faith is the basis of who I am, but I don’t bring it up automatically I’m no missionary 😭😭😭😭
“I can’t believe I have 4 kids with you” accurate as fuck
i was nervous about my exams but this cheered me up and made me laugh
Noel's right on the mark at 2:30
Noooooo not sexy Bible videos😭
As a legit practicing Christian I can say that first video came up on my algorithm the other day and it was a jump scare 😂 I couldn’t help but laugh after I realized I was in a safe space where he couldn’t get to me 😅😂
Right there with you, feelin’ for the boys. Homie has got a lot going on. Going to look back and see how bad these TikTok’s are and hopefully laugh
Those teeth are terrifyingly white 😂 like Ross in that episode of Friends
Bro looks like Max Headroom
noel fiddling with the chain like it’s a fidget is so real unfortunately
Also one of my college friends is very Christian and I saw she liked this guy’s video unironically lol
I didn't think it was possible to become more Atheist until I saw those Tiktoks
Yo peep the mount Wilson grounds crew sweater. I have that sweater cause I worked at mount Wilson during a fashion shoot. How the hell did you get that lol.
I'm a Christian and we look at his content in our Bible studies
like as an example of what not to do?
As an example of sin right?
Ecclesees 4:12 lol (Ecclesiastes)
nah because why would a legitimate Christian, follower of Jesus who preached humility and humbleness, make content that revolves almost solely around them? Adding a caption about Jesus or trying to make it relate back to Christ in some way doesn't magically erase the fact that you're not really doing anything except plastering your own face in the entire frame of a video and doing nothing but smiling or reacting while clearly fishing for approval/compliments. Doing that once or twice is like... sure whatever, not necessarily bad? Nobody is perfect. But doing that REPEATEDLY and making that your *thing* while still trying to claim you preach positivity and want to spread the Gospel... boy if you don't get out of here with that nonsense ☠
4:54 Eclezius 4 12 🤣
As a practicing christian no this is not what we say “f yea” to 😂
7:30 lined up just right
Omg the first guy unironically looks like a @meatcanyon character 😂

2:40 unless you’re 12 years old… lolol
You should be in youthministry😂 you are rigth in some of your commentaries. Keep preaching 👏
What in the contemporary church band
2:45 that is correct. As an actual Christian, his thirst traps are weird af and nothing to do with Christianity at all….it’s weird he’s branding it like that.
I started calling things Chistians do toxic Chistianity so it can be about their behavior and they don't get to be a martyr.
👍
As a Christian can confirm
I’ve been in the church for 22 years, I found this dudes instagram by accident months ago and I can tell you it is so disturbing and unnerving. Don’t worry, people in the church think he’s weird too
As a Christian, this does NOT make me want this man ew lol it just sends me into a cringe fest 😭 I refuse to believe this actually pulls women.
This is so Vox core
I’m a Christian and definitely not a fan of this haha. Christ Himself talked about how following Him is a matter of heart. A culmination of all the little efforts to be good, not for the praise of others but because we genuinely want to be better in gratitude for what He’s done for us.
Being humble and loving to all

i r3emember 412 AD. the good old daze
nobody takes notes anymore.....
first guy has “girl who has a fiancé” teeth
As a Christian man this is extremely offensive… using the name of God for selfish gain smh 🤦♂️
As a Christian girl today - yeah you’re totally right
Ecclesius is a my favorite book of the Bible
“How sick a girl who annotates the Bible”
Haha so funny 😂😂😂
Growing up in church, we idolized the concept of men and women doing holy things like annotating their bible & dating ONLY for marriage as a teenager. Now, I find that thought extremely cringey. Back then in middle school/high school, if I found a guy who seemed nice and was anotating his bible, i would be extremely impressed. Thank God I didn't fall for it, all those guys I know pretend to be less creepy than they really are (aka sexualizing all their female friends....)
2:32 as a practicing christian this makes me cringe beyond belief
Modern Christianity is marrying your younger church girlfriend straight outta highschool because god wanted you two together
4:51
John 3:20
For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
Hey
I'm Christian, and that guy creeps me out!
My grandma annotates her bible and let me tell you that lady believes the end of the world is coming and that the Earth is flat, so if she annotates her bible, RUN and fast.😭
Christian here, yeh kind of weird, plays into the stereotype, but idk what he does
I can get a video about Christianity and two videos down, It’s a tarot card reading and then another two videos down, It’s about Buddhism and another two videos down, It’s about my horoscope and then another two videos down, It’s about why religions are invalid and it’s just like what do you want from me I don’t care this much about religious content, no matter the religion.
Yes, me and my hubby are Christians and that’s NOT how he got me…he got me by loving the lord. Christian thirst traps are CRINGE
i only listen to the podcast, usually while distracted, so i am not pleased at what cody looks like. he shouldve never gotten that microphone chin implant
Performative Christianity will never not be funny
The first guy's Tiktoks encapsulates the problem: There is such an over-the-top, disingenuous nature to modern Christianity that at best looks hella superficial and performative and at worst looks tone-deaf and sociopathic.
I am a Christian and this guy is super creepy. I would warn young Christian women to STAY AWAY
but I’m sure Bethany and Kristen of “Girl Defined” would be into him…
These are so weird 🥲 Christian my whole life and these have always been weird
i'm sorry but yall really gotta start editing out the "yea"s when they cant think of anything to say lmao
I'm a Christian and this stuff does make me cringe. But at the same time, if an ugly person made the same content, I wouldn't find it cringey. So, I don't think its a case of these guys strategically planning out how they're gonna get laid off instagram content. I think it's a case of, these guys are aware that they're hot, so they know they're gonna get views and possibly attention from women. But I don't think it's as planned out as you guys are making it. I feel like a lot of it is subconscious, and they've just convinced themselves that they're doing it for the right reasons.
As a Christian, this guys content is selfish and not honouring Christ
I'm a practicing Christian and Preston, Girl Defined etc etc make me cringe.
