Dave Purdins Day 3 ending with a broken ground wire on my kill switch

Mark and Nick from Justusebikes.com had a great flight around Portsmouth Ohio and crossing into Kentucky over the Ohio river. Unfortunately, at the last moment before touch down hit the kill switch and nothing... lost focus and fell to my knees and on the throttle for just a second. Later discovered the ground wire eyelet had broken.

I miss Purdins already! Sorry about the broken ground wire. I’ve had that happen a couple of times and it’s a bit of a surprise for sure. Thanks for the video!

Third time kill switch didn’t work for three different reasons…

I have to disconnect and clean my ground wire on my Moster often. It corrodes easy. Even with dielectric grease. Wierd.
