When roger Wins halle he often does well in wimbledon the next weeks...
not in recent years. But if he wins Indian Wells, he automatically wins Wimbledon
As long as he doesn't have to play Novak he's the big favorite.
@@640A novak is a machine ! He is the favorite in wimbledon over Federer ! If roger had made 9 last year then he would have been the favorite in 2021...roger stays close second
@@romainmj7245 will wimbledon be held this yr?
Edward Snowden No it’s been canceled
Would be nice if Coric finds back his form. He's a very nice guy
Baby DJO form.
No, he's not.
@@Jimmy27404 Borna don’t take after Djoko.
But I like him. He’s such a humble and gentle person.
Medvedev and Coric are "new Djoko" prefers his style of play and Nole is their idol.
Borna : bringing clay court gameplay into grass..wow! That baseline hitting was so satisfying
It pleases my eyes to finally see some green on this channel.
Grass court is indeed too rare on the tour...

Last tournament with a Nike Outfit
Also the last one as world number one
@@tonymontana3265 last one ever as world number one
@@swagatkar5178 Thats what most people said back in 2012
I think his backhand goes off when he starts losing his unbeatable form.
Also his service also loses a bit of pop & it becomes difficult for him to hold his serve.
He has had back & knee issues throughout his career but still managed to always be at the top
Uniqlo isn’t that bad, i’ve own some and they’re super comfy to wear, even though their design isn’t as good as Nike’s
I really like Borna's game (of course, Fed's too). He always tries hard, and I rarely see his level drop too low. If he gets beaten, it's usually because the other player plays well enough to win, not that he plays so badly as to throw it away. A great match this one.
I love Borna's backhand. Hopefully those injuries disappear so he can get back on tour consistently.
Your wish has been granted, as now he's into the final of Cincy!
Borna dropped in quality a lot in the past few years, but he just played a local exhibition tournament and beat Marin Cilic emphatically.
Well done Borna
One of those 'if only' matches in 2018
borna is such a stud
Hope Borna can go deep in US Open 😇🔥
One of the best games ever played in Halle. I tell you this as a Roger fan
The Match against Paire there in Round 2 or the Match against Tsonga last year were much more better
Who brings a baby to a tennis match😂😂
a big spender of the ticket with sudden non available baby sitter lmao
On a final too😂😂
Muy buen partido!, terrible match!!
You mean 'terrific'?
I really like that Nike shirt Coric was wearing. Much better than the pink ones that looked like my grandmother's licorice candy
Coric played way more aggressive for most of the match. He’s attacking while Fed was just content to keep the ball deep...
Why Borna is still away from a major championship? He is really good.
He won’t be without a major for much longer.
Great!
Another Chokerer classic
That's how u beat federer on grass..make him run around scattered around the court, and dont let him come to the net too often..i did it on sega virtual tennis
Do you have Virtua Tennis 4 on PC? If yes, let's play an online match
Borna's hamstring injury almost destroy his career
Comeback to the Top Player...Borna Coric!!! Just Won the Grandslam....
Remember when he was in the top 15 for a while? Also when Edmund was? And Pouille?
Borna has the biggest potential of those three
gregorsamsa555 you think so? I think Edmund is starting to return, and he’s made a slam semi, where Borna failed to get past the fourth round anywhere
@@MrWumbo-ck8iy that road to semi wasn't that tough tbh
@@MrWumbo-ck8iy I consinder Borna in mental part as the toughest of those players
good
3:23 of course there is no apology lol he always means it, even a double two touch volley like this hahaha.. yet Borna the much younger off spring at 7:57 apologises for a far less lucky shot.
Federer is not a good sport IMO
yeah imagine if djokovic hadnt apologized for something like that. all these fake "morally superior" fedtards would be abusing him
8:11 Federer tries to do the "Nalbandian", but fails.
I was scrolling the comments to find this one👍....Federer no apologies caz he knew what he did "double touch" referee didn't see. Why Coric didn't complain about it 🤔 ...he saw that....unless its allowed...
Borna Coric is so handsome
You guys won't believe...
I got an *On* ad on this video.
The final Nike match
Great match! Coric certainly proved to be a difficult opponent for Federer in 2018.
they had tight matches too in 2019
@@chocomousses Very true, Rome 2019 was an exhilarating match!
@@jackmessent3490 Yap, took a lot of Rog, so he wasn't able to play next match against Tsitsipas
The way Federer trips at 9:33 is GOLD
It all went downhill after his epic choke in Indian Wells against Del Potro.
No matter what happens, Fed is for me the Goat. Maybe Nadal or Djokovic end as the most successful tennis player ever, they are great champions no doubt but to be the Goat you have to do more than just win the most titles. It's the impact on the sport, the graditute/dedication and the ability to spark fire in the people who come up in the following generations.
Fews years back fed fans were singing different song like no one can reach fed grandslam haul. Now they are singing different tune even though nad and djo ends up with more number of titles fed will be goat.. Hypocrite fans
This is very weak comment. GOAT means greatest tennis player of all time. I respect your opinion. You are a fun of Federer and thats ok, but game is a game! Its not about beauty , its not about looking cool on and of the court. Its about being the strongest tennis player of all time, and he is third in his own ( btw greatest) era !!!
@@manojtomeet Why do you include me even if you don't know what I talked years ago? You generalize, that's also false
@@stefand9433 Greatness isn't only Success that's the point.
@@cheetah2876 So what is the greatness , please i want to learn something?
Peak Coric is better than peak Federer, we saw it here.
Harvard wants to know your location.
It seems for some that "peak Federer" was more or less all the time? And from 2004-2009 and from 2014-2019, strange 🤔
Lol, far from Fed's peak
Back when Fed faced Coric at such a touch SF Indian Wells, I had a bad feeling. Then Coric beat Fed in 3 and then again in 2 in Shanghai. Still don't know what's wrong with Coric momentum in 2019 because Fed beat him both in Dubai and Rome
I hope Fed recover soon after the surgery this year
Federer played like shit here. In 2019, Federer was just too good in Dubai and ig Coric was fatigued. In Rome, I think both of them played w matches in one day and Federer was tired in the start, and it's not like it was a demolition, as Coric did have 2 match points.
I was there, Roger had no luck sometimes but played well
This one was a real head scratcher! How on God’s green earth did Coric win
He has rock solid baseline game, solid (not great) serve and decent volley. So, when he gets his A+ game, he really looks like a younger version of Đoković. But, he doesn't have Novak's consistency, yet...
@@gregorsamsa555 I agree, Coric is a real all-rounder. He won't lose, you have to win. There's a difference.
Don't worry. Federer won the year after
With Racket and ball he won it mostly bro isn't it great 🙁🙁🙁
0:50 Who in their right mind would ever bring a baby to a tennis match... 🤦🏼♂️
German people
Borna coric is really very fantastic with good forehand I don't know why he didn't appear at final stages in masters or grandslams??
In my opinion, Coric struggles to hit aggressive forehands consistently (something common for other top players). His forehand in this match, especially during the second and third sets, were probably the best during an entire duration of a match. If you watch other matches of his, you typically won't see his forehand creating forced errors for his opponent, and even less creating forehand winners.
I wonder if him being a natural lefty is what causes him to still have doubts in his righty forehand.
Once again, just my opinion.
Deserved win because of Federer cake disrespect
¿Why this match? Federer didn't played that great in the whole tournament.
Exactly, this along with Shanghai were basically optical torture.
Because of the racket with white/black :)
Alexander Kings why does every match of Roger’s on this channel have to be him playing good?
Alexander Kings it was still a very entertaining match
Who brings a baby to a tennis match? Like, wtf are those parents thinking?
Last NIKE,,,,,,,
This is why he must retire , he cant win as before ok maybe if "all the stars are in the same direction"
Federer's ballstriking was clearly affected. Too many loopy Forehands and crappy returns
Yep spot on. Tha buggy whip forehand has killed him the last few years, especially in that quarterfinal that took place in wimbledon of the same year. Really should've taken that match though full credit to Anderson
Coric struck the balls just like playing Virtua Tennis OMG. NO CHANCE for Roger if Coric maintained this level.
ファデファーが負けた!
We win some, we lose some.
that grass court looks pretty chewed up...and ugly.
Yeah, these courts are not in the same league as London Queen's club
No!!! My beloved Rogie is injured again 😭😭. I hope my dear sugar coated Swiss Sweetheart GOAT rests well and comes back once again in 2021 to take on that nefarious villian Chokovic and the Chokosquirrel's 🐿️🐿️
What
dude what are you smoking
I like Federer but fedtards are the worst fans
Bruh what I like roger more than nole too but you still have to respect him he’s still a good player even though he can be annoying sometimes
Have some dignity, this is embarrassing
This is when the real decline started
For me it was his choke in Indian Wells against Del Potro.
@@ferguson7128 Agreed. It went downhill from there really.
@@guillezorro Not much of a difference, coz he played only 2 tournaments after IW. Miami, where he lost and then Stuttgart, where he won. So we can say that the decline started from here. Althogh his form dropped after Rotterdam.
@@ferguson7128 True that was the big punch , but he still played brilliantly in Stuttgart. This was the final strike.
@@rishimanda2191 He was on a roll heading into the final against Delpo, unbeaten and in great form. Losing after having those match points shook his confidence and his form was indifferent thereafter. Yes, he won Stuttgart but that was only 4 matches against lower-ranked players, don't think he played that well if I remember either.
baby crying 🤦🏻♂️ keep them at home plz we don t have to listen them
poor baby crying must be hungry
Federer pagot
Federer has been utter garbage in 2018
He won Australian Open, but that loss to Kevin Anderson after 2-0 set lead was something unacceptable, and it wasn't first time in Wimbledon. Also 2011 against Tsonga
He totally broke down after losing to Del Potro at IW, never recovered since then. Couple of losses to Djokovic, Millman, Coric, Haas the same year. In 2019 it just repeated the story from the previous year. A sign for a possible Fed 2017 return was at Miami 2019 and Wimbledon 2019. The final defeat to Djokovic however took him down even more. He is in a same situation now - injured, missing the rest of the season, coming back in early 2021. Will history repeat itself? Will find out soon.
He was lucky to avoid Rafa on hardcourt that year.
