    I really like Borna's game (of course, Fed's too). He always tries hard, and I rarely see his level drop too low. If he gets beaten, it's usually because the other player plays well enough to win, not that he plays so badly as to throw it away. A great match this one.

Maybe Nadal or Djokovic end as the most successful tennis player ever, they are great champions no doubt but to be the Goat you have to do more than just win the most titles. It's the impact on the sport, the graditute/dedication and the ability to spark fire in the people who come up in the following generations.

      @jjj1802 Před 3 lety

      In my opinion, Coric struggles to hit aggressive forehands consistently (something common for other top players). His forehand in this match, especially during the second and third sets, were probably the best during an entire duration of a match. If you watch other matches of his, you typically won't see his forehand creating forced errors for his opponent, and even less creating forehand winners.
      I wonder if him being a natural lefty is what causes him to still have doubts in his righty forehand.
      Once again, just my opinion.

In 2019 it just repeated the story from the previous year. A sign for a possible Fed 2017 return was at Miami 2019 and Wimbledon 2019. The final defeat to Djokovic however took him down even more. He is in a same situation now - injured, missing the rest of the season, coming back in early 2021. Will history repeat itself? Will find out soon.
