i looove having a warm up and cool down. this was a dope workout that got me so sweaty! and at the end i wasnt feeling burpees so i did mountain climbers bc something is wrong with me lol

Wow, what an incredible workout! I absolutely loved every minute of it. This bodyweight routine is exactly what I needed to push myself closer to my fitness goals this year, particularly mastering pull-ups and push-ups.
