Can I just say how much I love these 20-25 minute mobility workouts! I’ve been doing one every single day for about 6 months and the improvement in my mobility is remarkable, they are the ideal supplement for my weight training and just generally keeping my body in good shape. If you can include more of these longer mobility sessions on your channel Julia, I for one would be very happy

I’m amazed how much mobility is unlocked with the animal flow movements. I haven’t thought about or tried moving like that since I was a kid in gymnastics lol

I never knew a mobility workout could make me drip SWEAT! Before this, I did your wrist mobility and its AH-MAZING! After this, I did a 30 minute yoga session and I blew through it. Usually, I struggle. Well, not this time! It was such a relief, I felt light and in a flow state. I'm starting every morning with your mobility workouts, its non-negotiable!

I recently found this channel and I have to say I am so thankful for what you are doing! I have a bad knee I injured in high school and every other workout I have done has always left me feeling heavy and with my knee aching. But this workout was amazing! It was enough movement to use every muscle in my body and feeling like I worked out but not too much to the point of feeling like I was overdoing it. Every single move coming up i was like ”oh this is gonna be delicious” , and i had some back pain since a few days, and on one exercise my back ”cracked” exactly where it Hurt, and i Felt soooooo relieved ! It was fabulous, thank you! 😊
