I did this for my morning mobility followed by the new glute activation video. This one was great. You truly make each video it’s own especially with your unique style. I’m starting to get better at some of those harder moves.

Danke Julia. Another knocked out of the park! What an awesome “get the body ready for the day” routine. The knee work and plank rocks were especially useful today. And the foot and ankle work was an inspired addition.

Wow, what a warm up! The “hinge up to combat stance” compound movements nearly did me in. I’ll have to practice them periodically to get the muscle memory down Pat. 😅😅

Wow, Juila this one was fantastic, good work here. I absolutely loved this routine. First the progress meter is good. My favorites in order were the Beast Mt. Climber Rotation, I had never done this. They are great. Then the best, "The Alt. Hinge Up to Combat Stance"...wow I never have done those either! Those felt great when done. I am going to do this routine again tomorrow. Off to the gym now.....

Hi Julia! Love your mobility and warm ups!! Been doing them for about three months now! Just a little advice, when you are going to add a variation (easier or harder movement) it would be great to see it while on the preparation timer too! That way you get to choose the different variation you want before starting the movement time! I hope this doesn't come through as disrespectful, just my preference! Thank you so much for your content!!
