11:08 There was an Italian restaurant that came in near me who did this. It was gross and a flawed idea. The longer the straw sat in the drink, the softer it got, because it was absorbing the liquid. This place also took forever to serve you your food, so by the time you got to eat, most of your straw has turned into a limp uncooked pasta noodle. They also broke and cracked really easily, so one second you could be taking a sip and the next there's a big crack in the side for seemingly no reason. This also isn't even touching on the fact they were doing it with sodas, teas, and smoothies. Uncooked paste also tastes gross.
Oh, and you were only allowed one straw there. If your straw went noodley or broke, they refused to give you another. They also charged you a fee if they saw you drink from the glass directly.
We never went back. It went out after only a few months. Food was overpriced and gross too, so that didn't help.
