9:22 For those who are unaware, the meme is probably referring to the 588th-night bomber regiment. Also known as the "Night witches", this is one of the 3 all-women air regiments fielded by the Soviet Union during the Great Patriotic War. Flying obsolete Po-2 biplanes, a favorite night-time bombing tactic of the 588th is to turn off their engines on approach, glide towards their target, and drop their payload. If some pilots decided to laugh as they drop their payload, that would probably be the only thing, alongside wind batting against the wooden structure of their planes, the Germans could hear before the bombs land and explode.

Although completely cut off and heavily outnumbered, the French fought on for four days under General Molinié in the Siege of Lille, thereby keeping seven German divisions from the assault on Dunkirk and saving an estimated 100,000 Allied troops.[32] In recognition of the garrison's stubborn defence, German general Kurt Waeger granted them the honours of war, saluting the French troops as they marched past in parade formation with rifles shouldered.[33]" and with all due respect to the royal airforce who when they were there fought bravely but "Churchill, knowing France was lost, held back many planes that could have been sent in order to preserve them for home defence." The British probably knew about the nuke since at first it was planned to use British Lancaster bombers because there was no US plane with a large enough bomb-bay to carry either nuke. The problem was finally solved when they modified the B-29s by removing parts of the wing spar that was seperating the bomb-bay in two, thus giving enough space for the nukes.

    9:22 Night witches moment.
Basically, a regiment of night bombers piloting pre-war training biplanes, with crews usually making 3-5 sorties per night. All the crews consisted of only women, this is where the nickname from the germans comes. And what also affected the nickname was the fact that all the bombers usually turned off their engines and glided to the german positions in nearly complete silence. It helped avoid the anti-air defense and due to the surprose factor the crews always had a lot of time to aim their bombs precisely, so the accuracy of their strikes was quite scary.
The pilots didn't laugh, but "real" witches did.

Nah the "miracle of dunkirk" is pretty much the french vs german fight depicted in the meme.
The british received the order to concentrate on the evacuation and let the french defend the perimeter.
The numbers speak for themselves : the UK suffered 10.000 KIA during the battle of France, broken in 5.000 when a big civilian ship was sunk, 2.000 in the sunk boats during the evacuation, and 3.000 in land fights during the whole battle of France, while the french lost 18.000 KIA at dunkirk alone.
That doesn't mean that the british soldiers didn't fight when ordered, just that it is indeed correct that the french where the one blocking the germans at dunkirk during the evacuation.
The later tensions between france and the uk (france throwing the towel, the uk attacking the french fleet at port...) led to erase the deeds of the french in the british (and by extension english speaking world) minds.

Fun fact: it was actually a British squad of Lancaster bombers that were going to drop the nukes on Japan. No American bombers were suitable and it was unsure if the b29 would be ready in time. A squad of fully black heavily modified lancasters were put in place ready. It was intended to use in air refuelling to complete the mission. This would be the first use of in air refuelling as the Lancaster wasn’t designed for the required range. This was unnecessary however as the Americans decided that they must drop it and so delayed it therefore killing many more as the war was lengthened because the Americans wanted to drop the big boom boom and nobody was surprised that the American government put their ego before their brave soldiers on the battlefield.
