    This doesn't change the fact that the epic sax guy gave us the 12 points

    No surprises here, block voting from the national juries has been known for years. Like Greece and Cyprus awarding each other 12 points

      Really??? Only Greece and Cyprus do that? Those are only two countries. Think others countries with biggest neighbourhood.

    I think eurovision should comeback to 100% televote and start giving points to the top 15 or 20 of each country rather than top 10. Eurofans' votes do matter

    Personally, it doesn't bother me and is part of the flavour.
    And I'm from the United Kingdom. If we had any voting friends before we certainly don't have them now.

    Also Moldawien dieses Jahr ist wahnsinnig erstaunlich:
    Ich frage mich also: was hat Filipp Kirkorow gegen so viele Leute in der Hand, dass Natalia so gut abgeschnitten hat?!🙈😂

    Россия и Болгария: *голосуют за Молдову в целях сохранения контракта*
    Тоже Киркоров (в мыслях цитируя Пучкова): *КАПИТАЛИЗОМ*.

    I like the jury votes because they tend to invite past participant. Block voting will no end, let's face it. Also some countries do not block vote. Everyone should not pay the price of the few.

    I don't see a problem here. In fact these countries aren't left alone because they have neighbors who give them points. Well Moldovas 12 points usually goes to Romania or Russia but sometimes Moldova is more diverse, like I remember in a year they gave their 12 points to Estonia even if Romania was there too.

  • @benhavis2474
    @benhavis2474 Před 3 lety

    It's not a surprise that a competition is biased. I mean c'mon even most of the televoters are biased and vote for the country they like more. It's natural and you can't change that anyway.

  • @happykid27
    @happykid27 Před 3 lety

    People keep forgetting that there are other points besides the douze points. Yes, bloc voting happens, but you still need to get points from all countries participating if you want to win. It's easy to cherry pick the countries that always vote for their neighbours, but you also need to appeal to the other countries who don't have any cultural or political ties to yours.

  • @vladme5335
    @vladme5335 Před 3 lety +3

    These are just couple examples out of more. Much more countries' juries failed to be adaquate. Just look at the difference of points of some countries from juries and viewers.

    • @Acadia26
      @Acadia26 Před 3 lety +1

      The juries and viewers are BOTH hugely biased. There's no way to make this a fair contest.

    • @vladme5335
      @vladme5335 Před 3 lety +2

      @@Acadia26 viewers much less biased, except some tied pairs like Greece/Cyprus, those will vote for a parrot if been sent by the others
