my uncle and his family went to the same church for like 40 years but was never a registered member. he was asked why he never joined the church and he said it's because he's not a joiner. i do the same thing. if i join with any group i become a slave to their doctrine even if i dont agree with it. too many people join up and then lie for the group that they are in and that is what betas do. i cant sell out like that. integrity is number one with me.

An introvert is just a sigma without the self-confidence. Once you can get to where you don't feel you have to prove yourself to anyone then even an introvert can live life care free. Introverts tend to be naturally pessimistic and live in their own heads, I know because I'm an introvert, but this is pretty much the only hurdle in an introvert's world. However, confidence isn't just a mindset, you have to be able to back up the expectations you have on yourself, so following goals and working on building yourself up (realistically) is key to clearing it.

This was a good one , typically this seems to align with people who are introverts.
I have many features of a sigma, nonetheless I also developed social skills because I wanted it. Please don't generalise, a sigma can have great social skills even if he is used to stay alone most of the time.
Yes this sigma description fit me incredibly well. But I still want to learn good social skills, they’re really important. I have little intuition in it. Corona isn’t helping me achieving this goal though.

Good video, but I when it comes to fighting (MMA, Boxing or grappling), I always accept all challengers, I talk about how I am pretty good at it too. If the subject arises. Not many people want to compete in a chill match, so I try to make people want to compete. I even teach them while we grapple or box and stuff.
