Yes. And I think this is part of growing up in general. It's important to avoid seeing the world as this place of perfect, super confident people, because it's not. Everyone, every single human, even the biggest body builder in the world has insecurities and self-doubt. Know that and work with that knowledge while building your self-confidence and not beating yourself up for ever doubting yourself at the same time.
I say don’t chase women at all. Save yourself sexually for your spouse. The most attractive thing about my wife when I pursued her was I knew she was waiting for her husband. You want women to be crazy for you, show them respect and don’t sacrifice either of your purity.

And every single human can help you with the state you are trying to get to, even though some people are better at helping others feel lost and other people are better at making others feel found, with their true emotions found, outside of compulsivity, or lost when they feel completely misunderstood by life, others or even themselves.

I like using Reverse Psychology! I've had girls tell me I'm good looking and I'll tell them I'm so butt ugly I can't stand looking at myself in the mirror!! Smiling and jokingly, of course!! And that is when THEY will start telling me I'm not ugly, don't be so hard on yourself and then I'll tell them I do that so I can't be let down!! That always gets them laughing and thinking about how they are with their expectations!! And that is when I'll ask them if they would be able to go out with a guy that isn't ugly like me!! They of course say yes as they continue telling me I'm not an ugly dude, and then I tell them of this friend I know... and they always get that I'm actually talking about myself and it gets to be a fun conversation from there! I just don't get selfish and abusive with it and try to sleep with every girl I talk to. Just the act of trying to get "hooked up" with every girl you talk to can work against you if you get a bad reputation!! Especially if you're a guy like me that wants something meaningful and not be some POS male slut like most guys are. And MOST girls, especially the girls that are worth going after, do not like guys that sleep around, and trust me, girls talk to each other about EVERY guy around!! I don't care what "gurus" say in the net or in videos. Attractive or not, you will NEVER get a girl of Quality if you do not have values and standards different from the common selfish-minded guy that most attractive girls will talk to but never let it go further because they do not want to be another notch on your belt. I watched a friend crash and burn once because the girl he was talking to told him "You're one of those kinds..." and kept him in the "friend zone" because she had more value for herself than he had for himself. And guys like that are also the ones who often stab their friends in the back over a piece of ass. Those kinds of guys are not worth being friends with, especially when you being seen hanging out with them can cause their bad reputation to "rub off" onto you!! If they have no value for themself, they will not have respect for you.
