    One of those, 'valuable' talks!. It was Probably one of the most comprehensive talks on patient specific organoids being tested for various potential treatments. One can appreciate the diversity and simplicity of organoids for drug testing.Plus the animations and timelapses made it a breeze to visualize the mechanics.Simply compelling.Learned a lot!.

    what if the white mice already had an allele for black coat color? How can we so sure its because of stem cells? Is it because black is dominant?

      Hi there. So the mouse ES cells from the "white" mice will also carry a GFP reporter so they glow green. Regardless of coat colour, we can track chimeric contribution of donor GFP cells (white) to host embryonic tissues (black).
