Ingredients :-
Oil 1 Cup
Cumin 1 Teaspoon
Dry Chili 4
Curry leaves 8-10
Mutton 400 Gram
Salt 2 pinch
Red Chili Powder 2 Pinch
Water 1 ½ Cup
Roasted and Grinded Coconut Powder 5 Teaspoon
Roasted and Grinded Peanuts Powder 2 Teaspoon
Roasted and Grinded Sesame Seeds Powder 5 Teaspoon
Roasted Dry Coriander and Cumin half Teaspoon
Red Chili Powder Half Teaspoon
Tamarind Lemon Size
Tomato 4
Onion 1
Turmeric ¼ Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Teaspoon
Coriander leaves 1 teaspoon
