In this video I'll be sharing Hyderabadi Khopre Wala Mahi Khaliya Recipe by Norien Nasri
Ingredients :-
Oil 25ml
Green chili 3-4
Curry leaves 8-10
Turmeric ¼ Teaspoon
Salt ¼ Teaspoon
Red chili powder ¼ Teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste half teaspoon
Onion 1 pieces
Mutton 750gram’
Tamarind 50gram
Roasted Onion 1 Onion
Roasted Cumin and Dry Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
Roasted Coconut powder 5 teaspoon
Red chili powder half teaspoon
Salt half teaspoon
Turmeric 2 pinch
Oil 50ml
Cumin ¼ Teaspoon
Tamarind water 1 ½ Cup
Curry leaves 4-5
Coriander leaves 3 teaspoon

I am a senior citizen,so now I don't cook much, but have enjoyed cooking a lot, hence the intrest in your channel.
I must add that you are doing a great service to the young generation by teaching them our traditional Hyderabadi cuisine.

I would like to know if you have heard of a baked dish called "Bhanoli" ( rice,curds,fresh coconut and ghee) which my grandmother used to make and Im searching for the recipe for sometime now.
If you have any idea about this I will be very thankful if you let me know.
