Ingredients :-
Fried onion 1
Ginger garlic paste 2 Teaspoons
Oil 50ml
Mutton liver 300gram
Green chili 2
Turmeric 2 pinch
Water 1 cup
Garamasala ¼ Teaspoon
Salt ¼ Teaspoon
Red chili powder half teaspoon
Coriander leaves 4 teaspoon
Green chili 2
Curd 2 teaspoon
Khash khas powder roasted and grinded 2 teaspoon
Coconut powder roasted and grinded 2 teaspoon
Mint leaves 7-8

Kya kalegi istrah say galjati hain kyun kay mai cooker may pakhanay kay bawjood itni achi tarah nahi hoti. Normally never use Cooker but I hv to use for kalegi
