Ingredients :-
Mutton 400gram
Salt half teaspoon
Cardamom powder ¼ Teaspoon
Turmeric 3 pinches
Red chili powder half teaspoon
Onion 1
Garamasala powder ¼ teaspoon
Oil 2 tablespoon
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Ginger small 4-5 pieces
Garlic 10-12 pieces
Water half cup
Mint leaves 8-10
Coriander leaves half bunch
Green chili 2
Curd 3 teaspoon
Roasted coconut powder 2 teaspoon
Roasted khaskhas powder 1 teaspoon
Pholey chane ki dal ka powder 2 teaspoon
