Semantic shift has nearly erased all connotations of slavery from the word "harem". I don't like semantic shift, but it is convenient in this instance do to a lack of singular words that mean the same thing as the modern definition of harem.

I could care less about the competitive viability, but it just sucks that as a LEGENDARY it's borderline unusable because Gamefreak gave it a god awful ability and even restricted it's move set so you can't even try to work around it. Just feels like they unfairly crippled it for no reason which sucks because Regigigas is super freaking cool
@ Davey That should be a warcrime in and of itself. Regigas should be intimidating and terrifying but the fact you can probably knock it out before it even does anything makes Magikarp scarier.
Hey Tinkaton is also guilty of Indiscriminate Attack. It attacks ALL Corviknight, even those in the Corviknight taxi service before they stopped opperations in Paldea.

I refer to radiation as either "spicy light" or "spicy air", so it's nice knowing that there's officially at least two people who refer to incredibly dangerous substances you really shouldn't be anywhere near as "spicy [common substance]".

Pokemon has a very fun tendency to just throw out a random number between 1 to 50, then casually times it by a hundred and pretend that it makes sense
Technically Gimmighoul commits another warcrime because mind control? One of the promo videos for SV mentions a story about a Gimmighoul lured a girl to a Gimmighoul Chest which then presumably mind-controlled the girl into filling it with 999 coins.
I'm assuming mind control is being used here as no sane human would look at a chest then go 'lets fill this with coins!', and the girl was confused afterwards. And mind-control is considered a warcrime.
It isn't mentioned in the dex, but if your considering Greavard life-sucking a crime, Gimmighoul mind control should be as well.
Don't worry! The dog doesn't JUST kill you, it also devours your soul! And thanks to the anime we already know what that means. Assuming it using litwik style flames doesn't change it to using different mechanics for soul devouring, then letting this thing kill you means that it can claim your soul for itself and let your afterlife just be "Inside the dog" as it plays with you for all eternity.
Kingambit also learns Kowtow Cleave, a move that has Kingambit appear to prostrate themselves before the opponent, only to use it as an opportunity to attack. Possible false surrender?
Actually, a kowtow is less a surrender and more of a bow, professional sumo wrestlers actually used that as a "yo, I'm gonna start fighting you now" gesture, so technically it follows more under "I flip you off and then we fight"

Use of Bombirdier in a combative context could be argued as approximating a drone strike. Which is technically legal, for the time being at least.
...Except Bombirdier doesn't discriminate on *what* it drops - as long as it makes a lot of noise, either as it's falling or when it lands, it could snatch up *bawling Babies* (which being a Stork, is _being intentionally implied_ by Game Freak to be a thing) or *High Explosives* with equal opportunity...

I’d argue Hisuian Quilfish’s Dex entry isn’t saying it attacks haphazardly with its poison.
It says FISHERMEN dislike it. You know, the people trying to eat it. Meaning the entry is likely either referring to it defending itself from being eaten, or poisoning people who eat it.

Honestly, I’d put it in watchlist tier rather than straight up crime, since the traps themselves do no damage, and as a spider, it’s implied it should ALWAYS have some knowledge of when these traps activate due to web vibrations
That part of Brambleghast’s Pokedex entry about how they swarm towns, that’s a real thing tumbleweeds do and they can overrun farms and stuff

Tried to hide a bunch of those in editing. I know I'm definitely second monitor content and I will proudly own that, but I think it's a fun idea to try and include small little details and try to spruce up as many scenes as I can.

I'd just like to mention that Crabominable's dex entry describes people bringing Lechonk to search for detached Crabominable claws, not whole Crabominable so that the trainer can try to rip their claws off of their bodies or something
Tonkaton can also be charge for indiscriminate attack cause it attacks flying corviknight and the reason they don't use it as a taxi is that passengers would be injured while riding it
kingambit should be counted the same as morgrem and grimmsnarl, its signature move
kowtow cleave involves it bowing its head in surrender and then slashing while the opponent is off guard. (kowtow referring to the act of lowering ones head to the ground to signify subservience used primarily in asian cultures)
Spicy fire sounds like it would just be fire combined with capsaicin, which is the chemical responsible for making things tast spicy. Capsaicin is flammable, but I couldn't find out what effects burning Capsaicin would have that wouldn't just make it a normal fire. Maybe it would be considered under chemical weaponry as well as incendiary weapons? But that feels like kind of a stretch

Like you look at animals in our world and you don't come across 90% evil and 5% questionable.
Many herbivores if they don't/can't run away will not bother seeing if you're a predator or not and just attack you indiscriminately, and some predators (and hippopotamus) are just that violent and attack anything with a pulse!
But besides some specific things that's the majority of it.

1:00 I love your videos, but I do like to give the Pokedex credit. Just in S/V alone, it showed scrutiny by not talking about Occulture's articles as absolute fact & calling out a source being dubious.
26:17 There's a good chance Iron Jugulus didn't actually do that. The Pokdex specifically frames this as a story from a "paranormal magazine"; Almost certainly the magazine Occulture, which is notoriously dubious & doubted in-game. Paradox Pokemon should be cautiously evaluated because all their entries either VERY vaguely reference the Scarlet/Violet Book, or reference Occulture, a notedly unreliable source.

I get why you didn’t mention it-like pre-SV Salazzle, it’s an offense against specific other Pokémon and not people-but it should be noted that Tinkatons will freaking massacre Corviknights, and their hammers are made of Corviknight armor. Might not be directed toward humans, but I bet you could pull a war crime out of that much malicious intent.
Their hammers are made of Bisharp, actually, they merely hunt Corviknight. It's the Bisharps they massacre. It kinda lead directly to Kingambit's existence as a survival reaction.
I would like it if he does an extended version of his bloons video once every paragon comes out. It would talk about every tower in BTD History (Yes BTD Adventure Time included) Honestly just BTD Adventure Time is enough to warrant a separate video but I feel like he should add every tower in BTD History since BTD will be probably over 20 years old once every paragon is added (and also for the Bloonchipper, Cobra, Special Agent, and/or Lightsaber Thrower fans.) Also, there are new heroes to cover and Hero skins since they function differently in Battles 2.

Especially with the upcoming tower and the new heroes that'll come out by then (and retroactively Geraldo), but BTD6 fans in particular seem to have this desire of going "HEY DAVEY, THIS THING CAME OUT WHENS UPDATE???" which I can only assume is because of how BTD6 content is usually made

Bramblegast burying whole towns is actually a reference to how real life tumbleweeds fucking suck and do that shit all the time.
This isn't to say Bramblegast isn't a War Criminal, in fact, it's to say that Tumbleweeds are inherently war criminals and the Pokedex felt the need to make them worse.
Also considering Bidoof gets moody, I think the war criminal status is appropriate, even if it's only barely.

I think Kingambit also gets a perfidy charge because of its signature move, Kowtow Cleave. It's basically Morgrem's False Surrender with a new coat of paint; it kowtows and feigns submission, then strikes the foe when their guard is down.
It also leads its army with brute force simply cos it’s not a tactician.

perhaps shooting the bones of its enemies could be considered biological weaponry of some kind? I know using any kind of dead animal/person, diseased or not, is considered criminal, but fully “sand-cleaned” bones is a different one.
