I've realised that we're often conditioned to believe and act as if excelling is the only option to live a fruitful life. It is very important for us to allow ourselves to make mistakes and gracefully learn from them instead of treating them as a dead end or something that we need to regret for the rest of our lives. We need to teach ourselves to not be hard on ourselves when we make a mistake, as it's only a proof that we try, they accentuate our growth if not contribute to any immediate material success.

Your mistakes and your awareness to learn from them in these videos is really inspiring! Such a seemingly small thing but it means a lot to me and I’m sure others as well. ありがと直哉さん🙇‍♂️🙏🏼🤙🏼

@@NaoyafromJapan250 I’m moving to Japan in the winter and so I’m practicing my Japanese. I searched Naoya kanji on Google and that was the most common kanji so I took a chance and went with it! Hahaha I’m glad it worked out!

      That was spot on😂
I was shocked when I saw it first because there's quite a few ways to write my name in kanji.
I'm excited for you about moving to Japan!

you are right. mistakes make us learn the right things! it enables us to understand the right things around us. if we never make mistakes, we will never be able to find out the right and wrong. so its okay to make mistakes and learn a new lesson from it!

😂 I just wanted to share. After reading this comment it sounded like me saying: "I apologize, myself, for making mistakes... 😔... But I apologize too, because it would've been a mistake for me if I didn't make mistakes.😅" (Confused)

Spanking of presenting in front of people, I just remembered that whenever I've got to present, I often remove my eye glasses, because I thought that not being able to see the people's faces while doing eye contact with them could help me feel less anxious. It does help me to gain confidence in front of people.
In terms of making mistakes, I don't know, but I am an introverted person, BUT I often put myself into a ' challange ' of my confidence; it is that I tend to try to engage something that I feel so impossible for an extremely introverted person. But I do agree that we must not be afraid of making mistakes, to be honest after knowing my mistakes I feel more like:" I'm on track" ; it is similar to adapting in your new habitat; and/or I can easily know what manner should I be when I'm new in a group or with a person.
Like I said, I often put myself into a 'challange of confidence', and I had never failed to tell what I felt to my crushes (yes: plural). 🤣 For me though I felt sad that you had never (at least told her once) that you liked her, and she was heartbroken; it is not because of you though, but for me if I like someone I could not let them be in that situation, even if she had liked the guy more than me. Additionally, if someone would have liked me I wish I knew, even if I don't like them back, because I wanted to make them at peace even after a rejection.
Still, making mistakes could have been our 'bricks' to step on and improve, it is still best for us to know our limits. Because in reality, mistakes are mistakes. That's all. Thank you!😌

day 12: another boring day, all i did is play computer games and watched youtube. My friend did tell me that when he's fully healed, we can now start playing badminton and going cycling. And he even agreed to learn table tennis with me. I am so excited for him to get healed.
