Naoya, I have an idea that combines your love of eating and doing videos. You could visit cafes, restaurants etc, like lesser know places to eat and try them and do a video of your experience of the place . I'm not talking about videoing in the cafe but once you are home. This may be fun to add to your content.
As humans we often get excited about the results and dream of success, but the real challenge lies in accepting the sacrifices and hard work needed to achieve our goals. Goal setting is not just about choosing the reward we want; it’s about being realistic and honest about the costs we’re willing to pay. In short, it’s easy to desire the outcome, but the true test is whether we're prepared to handle the challenges required to reach that outcome. To achieve our goals, we shouldn't push ourselves so hard just to see the outcome. We need to enjoy the process along the journey, as you said. I prefer to break down my big goals into smaller ones and start from there until I reach them. Also, it’s important to focus on one goal at a time, as setting too many goals can lead to confusion and a lack of motivation. It’s important to start and focus on one goal first, and then proceed to the next from the most important to the least. When setting a goal, instead of asking yourself what you want to achieve, consider what kind of pain you're willing to endure.it's important. For me, I try not to chase or wait for the result of my efforts. I believe that I should just do it and leave it, trusting that God knows I worked hard and will give me what is right for me. "After we do it, we always say 'inshAllah' because we know that if it’s God's will, things will happen.” And remember, it's never too late to start working towards your goals, even if there are only four months left. Even small tasks can contribute to accomplishing your goals, keep going.
I agree with you about trying to enjoy the process and not focusing too much on the end goal. I wrote a poem/writing about this a long time ago actually, maybe you will be able to relate to it: “if on your way up the mountain your tired eyes keep staring up shooting longing glances at your destination you might miss out on the beauty that's right in front of you the beauty that comes with the journey don't let it pass you by take with you each flower you find look out for happiness left and right take with you every single smile and soon enough you will reach the top shining ever so bright” Also, good luck for all your goals! You can do it 💪🏼
I agree. If u set a goal and set yourself in a pedestal (aka having higher expectations) rather than trusting the process, it will make it a lot harder and eventually the burnout happens. We should just enjoy the process and should have trust in ourselves and everything will turn out the way it supposed to be. All the best for your endgoals Naoya san!!❤ Let's make all our dreams come true next year!
No goals. Set intentions. You intend to lose weight or become healthier. That way it will also cover life style changes, like food quality/quantity. Shift your mindset! ❤
my opinion about setting goals is to break whatever your doing into smaller chunks like for example im learning korean so instead of the first chunk being to speak fluently (witch is the end goal) il focus on completing the first chunk like for ex learn the alphabet (first chunk) and then grammar (second chunk) so its more rewarding and you feel like your actually making progress instead of thinking about the end result thats going to take years to complete and if you think like this you will probably give up.
I absolutely can relate to it! When getting to fluency is the only goal, it seems to be overwhelming and almost unattainable. I appreciate you sharing this.

I like fish, chicken, beef and all sorts of vegetables. Recently, I've been getting into Mediterranian cuisine in particular. I also love cheesecakes.
