any suggestion for pitch ending? I end up almost vertically while I see the pros ending almost horizontally

I know this video is in 2020 but im gonna try this out im 16 and sit 71 I havenât thrown in 6 years

you didnt play for 6 years. if you think you're going to catch up all at once with your velocity, you're playing the wrong sport. it takes time. There is no magic pill.
Thanks again for the program man. Just had a couple questions on what you suggest for the long toss day. So have the player move out to his max, then maybe 3-5 throws good? Then on the way in to 60, are those throws at 100% as well or have them lighten up as they move closer? Iâve personally seen both used. My thought was to keep the throws around 90-100% but I was curious what you thought. Thanks again.
When the players are coming in from reaching their max distance/effort thatâs called the pull down phase. So all throws are max effort but more on a line. when coming in there should be a throw every 10ft. thatâs what Jaeger Sports throwing manual says.
