Great video but the Zanetti is maltese/planche to back to maltese without the bounce of the van gelder but the Zanetti in the video are with arched back, scarxlus is able to do them, he also made the wR of van gelder and Zanetti. But the hardest element is the Carmona. Zanetti full rom, planche to back to maltese(1 sec ISO) and press on inverted cross
They aren’t the same, Zanetti is harder. With a van gelder u start with a planche and go down to back lever and use MOMENTUM and bounce back to planche . And with Zanetti you pause for 2 seconds in the backlever so it’s not using momentum
