Bronco Raptor, Why it’s Almost Perfect, My 6 Month Ownership Review

- I love this vehicle but there are just the smallest things that keep it from being Perfect. There are a few things that should have been caught before leaving the Factory. I'm still trying to find the missing Docking plug for the fog lights on the front bumper. I point out a few other issues that I find issue with but it really is so much fun to drive I'm just really Knit Picking. The one thing I love that most people hate is the Fenders. In person they just look right. Just my unpopular opinion. Let me know in the comments below if you have issues or problems with yours.

Great video! I’ve had my Bronco Raptor on order for a few months and plan to daily drive it, so these gripes are so helpful to set my expectations. Nothing here would deter me from keeping my order, thankfully 👍🏻

I’ve been waiting for mine about a year and four months lol but I’m still waiting:)
Some good points.
1. No rear view mirror camera due to removable top. It’s another camera pod to put somewhere.
2. Rear mats aren’t required to have pins for fixation due to being in the rear of the vehicle.
3. Window issues due to design of frameless construction.
Lots of issues you have are simply due to the intended nature of the vehicle. Maybe consider a Defender or G wagon, or a Jeep even.
Thought provoking.
1. There is already a surplus of cameras one more to help give an unobstructed view wouldn't have been difficult nor would the removable top limited it.
2. I said they weren't required to be there but.....They literally almost fly out if you forget to take them out.
3. They have addressed this with the 24's by dipping the windows prior to entry. When it unlocks dips all 4 doors before pulling the handle.
I did say I was just really having to nitpick. I wouldnt trade it thats for sure.

Thank you. The docking plug lets you connect (store) the pigtail for the fog lights. They (the fog lights) are made to be removed in order to give more clearance at the fender. The docking plug keeps the pigtail away from damage and keeps the electrical connectors free of mud and water.
@@Wheel2LiveOffRoad great info thx, i have a Raptor as well but just learning it. Definitely agree they could do better on the engine, the tie rods could have used more market durable ones but are better than the lower models.
not sure but my Bronco windows do not do that. If you have had, your doors off at some point you may need to calibrate them... forget right off hand, how that is done but I'm sure it's on CZcams :)
They have done it since day one. Other Bronco's do the same. I have seen a window rattle fix but since there is no other noise or issue I just deal with the wobbly windows when I open the doors. I tend to go down a rabbit hole of over engineering something and end up making it worse.

My tent stays on the ground
I'm using the Gazelle T4 Hub tent and it takes up a lot of cargo space. I would rather throw it on the roof and save space. It barely fits with the second row folded.
