The great thing about this Video is that it is showing that Kaiser Cat Cinema as producers are maturing and not just showing us Kaiserreich seen through the Prism of it's leaders but how Ordinary people like Louise and Denis are affected and torn apart by it.
Hats off the KKC team has progressed so much since Austria-Hungary was released nearly five years ago.
the WoK series is a mix of a 'vibes' trailer for a country, and the voice of a unique character seeing the events of the timeline through their ideological eyes. It's a very interesting way of framing these smaller stories playing out in the larger world of Kaiserreich

Reed was a supporter of unions, syndicalists, and democratic ideals on a national scale. Everyone should have a voice and that voice should be equal. Reed was against the state as a function and believed in a sort of anarchism-light
Long, meanwhile, believed in a strong authoritarian unitary executive which would force the wealth redistribution. Arguably, his beliefs wouldn't be dissimilar to a mix of OTL communism-in-theory and communism-in-practice. Long wanted a strong, isolated state.

In the end, the Kaiser always wins, the game was rigged from the start, at least in my first playthrough as the Kaiserreich, all I needed to do was to watch these two tear each other apart as I grind the Syndicalists in another brutal trench warfare, and unleash the first elements of modern combined arms warfare in the Eastern front, when the first Panzer Divisions breached a decimated Paris that had been bombed nonstop for four years, I ask myself, had their infighting been worth it? Probably not for them, thus the Kaiserreich reigns supreme for a second time, and this time, there will not be a third, whatever rubble that remained in the old powers that survived the relentless bombing of the Luftwaffe and the first atomic bombing of London, shall be ruled forever, directly from Berlin, the Entente and the Internationale fighting amongst each other was the best outcome for us, I am thankful for their arrogance, because it finally broke whatever remains they had left and have enabled us to put them under our fold once and for all, and those who dare oppose us, will be vaporized by the power of the sun, there will be no third Weltkrieg, even if it means we will have nothing left to rule over, there will never be repeat of the millions that died in the first and second ever again.
