Its so interesting to see how Liberia is developing right now. I live in The Netherlands and I heard someone saying last year that he went to African countries in the 1980s and a couple of years ago. He said that the infrastructure was quickly changing into a more modern state. Good job guys!

I love the project, but I really believe the 2 bedrooms should have 2 or 2 1/2 baths. This Liberia and we want to build 21st century, upgrade. When we build, we want it to be functional. Ask women opinions and input. If we are changing the narrative of building in Liberia, not just looks but livable space and functionality. Numbers of bathrooms and closets and outdoor space.

OH, another advise, with any of your 2 stories plans, it will be great to have a bedroom on the main level. Because you are also building for longevity for the one buying the property. During the aging years, stairs may be a problem and in Liberia or Africa, many people do not have funds to purchase another home when they go into retired age. Again, this is functionality for the present and the future. Just my 2 cents. Again, I ❤️ the project and I will like to support. I am building and these are things I think about. Also, had discussions with others.

We have bedroom on ground floor for our 4 bedrooms but we’ll definitely consider that in future plans

This concept has been around for more then a decade however Liberia is late to it
The same way you’ll hire a building company to build for u and u pay as they build is the same … this is called buying “ Off Plan “ meaning we have the infrastructure, team , land , concept , architectural plans and we start on the amenities and compound and buyers pay and we start building their actual unit
Take Ghana for example. For over 15 years Ghana and Nigeria has been doing this but nothing like that in Liberia …
I didn't watch this video, but I would be VERY concerned about "luxury" real estate being offered in a country where most people cannot afford to live that way. Seems like a powder keg for resentment and the build-up of future hostility.

Valid point , however, the poorest countries on earth has upscale neighborhoods, they have middle class and they have people with access to money outside of the country who wants to invest back … this is contributing back to the Economy and helping the country progress as this will uplift the appeal of the country to attract outsiders, these folks usually has access to money hence establishing business all over the country just to mention a few
So it is appreciated and welcomed
The people mainly have indifferences towards people in charge of providing opportunities to them that’s in power and less of other who have money but helping provide jobs
