It seems like a lot of the developers just build with a very bad or sometimes no landscaping. Also the developers don't care about the roads that goes to the community. I believe you can upgrade your development by making your areas attractive to customers. Add more to it like running water is the main one ,park ,gym, swimming pool for the residents. Create nice environments. The brown color around houses takes the beauty out.Make it green. WodeMaya push for more land scaping in Ghana 😊

Depends on what African country. In Uganda 🇺🇬 and Rwanda 🇷🇼 they have trees everywhere due to heavy rainfall the cities feel rural too as a result
