how much for a house
Very nice
Your title is misleading how can this be Ghana most stunning houses whiles there is ayi mensah ad the rest
How much is the cost of this property?.
That's the down payment on 4 bedrooms
The homes are beautiful but lacks trees and space for growing your own food and herbs 🌿. I think we need education on how important trees and plants are for good health and environment
Thanks for watching Selina. It’s still under development, that has been considered. please stay glued by subscribing we have more coming up.
I think you can still grow plants as there are modern ways to grow plants without the usage of space.
Say that again. I agree with you
@@Doksimon I hope that there will be an outdoor park at least.
My dear, for some of us nature lovers, we will just have to find our place and enjoy.
I've noticed a lot of builders are building without consideration for people with physical disabilities. There are no ramps for wheelchairs. Ghanaian architects have got to be more considerate.
That's Africa for you. Making money without any consideration to buyers/customers
@@kojoelvis1124 Americans with Disabilities had to fight to get businesses to make provisions for handicapped people in America. There are places in NYC where people with wheelchairs can not access. This is a worldwide problem. We can not relegate this to Africa.
Would have to be retrofit; i tjink if they see it coming up then they will act but it probably doesnt apply to the majority of folks currently buying. an apartment might be the better fit.
And they are seeking Americans with guaranteed income like disability and social security checks because they are NOT going to give you a job
@@sherriebumbray1748 I lived in NYC that place is a nightmare for someone in a wheelchair.
To be fair there are plenty of one level homes in Ghana and developments with one level housing.
I love the buildings. They are beautiful and modern, but disappointed about the lack of adequate space to plant fruit trees and vegetables. Thanks for sharing.
Lovely homes. Adding trees will not only increase the beauty of the estate buy the price of your homes.
I wonder why they don't realize adding trees, lush green plants will increase the price and value of their homes? Don't they think?
It's the same in Nigeria. Infact my Nigerian people are worse.

Well done Ghana - hopefully Sierra Leone begins to develop similar estates
The future is exciting.. Africa is the Next BIG thing
You mean you still haven't done something like this in your country till date? eeeeiii, come on guys, this is 2022,🤧🤧🤧
@@nanakay121 instead of teasing lend a hand. You’ve clearly built many and are an expert.
@@Doksimon how can Africa be the next be thing when 90% of all properties in all the estates are only affordable by diaspora?
Even the so call affordable homes target people from diaspora
And maybe it’s time for the local companies to start developing some of the furnitures in the houses like wardrobe and kitchen cabinets because I can only imagine how much china is making from selling those products which unfortunately aren’t even of best quality.
And if Africa is the next big thing you shouldn’t really be proud to say and I code „ all the doors are foreign of course „ like you said in one of your videos.
I like the way you present though 👍🏻
The outside areas are always small not wide enough to invite people round for drinks or BBQ. No chill out area with grass round the back its what we're use to in the uk
Ghana coming on strong!
More landscaping and beautiful trees
These homes are beautiful but I don’t see any bath tubs in the bathrooms. Soaking in water can be very therapeutic and relaxing after a long day so I couldn’t live in a house without a tub.
Love the home, looks beautiful. Wish it had more greenery though
I love the floor plan ,craftsmanship, style , colors and attention to detail. i also like the staged furniture its very modern and sleek.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Beautiful homes, but I thought selling goods in USD is now illegal/banned in Ghana.
That is futuristic innovation, love it.
I like this guy. Very articulate and informational without a script. Great job sir , you are natural
Thank you 😊 🙏🏾
Magnificent, is a alternative word for Beautiful.
Doksimon "and that is a beautiful thing" 😄. I thoroughly enjoy your house tours, always well done, more grace to you and your team.
Awww.. Thank you so much, my team and I appreciate you a lot to watching and supporting
All the best wishes and keep up the great work
Congratulations 👏 🎊
Very nice.. I love the decor, and I particularly love the walk-in wardrobes, his & hers
@Doksimon Homes I commend you. You are one of the only people I have ever seen put the price of homes in your description. That is very helpful. 🙏🏽
Thanks 😊
@@Doksimon You're welcome brother ✊🏾
did he tell you that 8 out of 10 homes have fecal matter in the water? get ready to bathe and cook with african sh8t
@@emilystevens6335 I know you've heard about the amount of allowed rat hair, and feces in hot dogs here in the U.S. and to clean kitchen counters with bleach after putting raw meat on them because of fecal matter, and many places in the U.S. drinking water comes from sewage plants, so we're all exposed to fecal matter whether we want to admit it or not. Most restaurant kitchens in the U.S. are disgusting, as are public bathrooms littered with germs everywhere. It is what it is, and low impact with germs is what keeps a healthy immune system, but I cook with bottled water, and if you don't want to bathe in water with shit particles, then just get a water filtration system. There are tens of millions in use here in the U.S.
He fool waa 30 minutes video not even a mention of the prices
I love these homes so much! Thank you for sharing!!
These homes are lovely and appear to be very well-constructed!
Of course there should be some green area and shade. Nobody wants oil engine on drive way.
Always in love with your modern house tours, thank you for this beautiful building. I love it❤️
Thanks a million my brother. One ❤️
Wow what a beautiful house
Awesome tour! ✊🏾 ❤
First tym here...good camera workout...the best
Beautiful houses , love the peaceful environment. One thing I would suggest for ur builder is to have a door between the bedroom and the bathroom. Why do you have to leave ur bedroom in d midnight , go out d door to another door leading to d bathroom. So simply , have a door inside d bedroom to d bathroom. I'm thinking about getting one in d near future . Good job .
The interior of the building is great but why is black man not ready to improve?. All developers in Ghana have the same mindset. Can they do side walk for pedestrians 🚶♀️. Always pedestrians together with vehicles on the same path, why?.
No car parks .
I’m a Ghanaian-American living in Ethiopia. I haven’t really seen home developments like this in Addis Ababa it’s a very densely populated city.
Any type of nice properties are super expensive ($400k US and up). The only alternative are apartments and they can be built poorly with too many people, leaks and pests.
The really nice luxury apartments cost about $270k!
Ghana is the way to go for modern living in developed communities that don’t break the bank.
Absolute delight!
Wow. These are beautiful structures. Everything about them shows nothing short of good luxury. I wish I could have details of the architect but the problem is that I am base in the UK. Fantastic work again.
Thanks Olayinka 😊
i’m in North carolina keep it up 👍
Very beautiful!!!
Minus the trees and children's backyard area to play, it is beautiful and I'm proud of you Ghana!!! ❤
This are mind blowing properties
Great Job Travel Enjoy Ghana 🇬🇭
Thank they are all nice and I like the way you takes us to tour
I love 'hard wood" floors tiling for areas like the kitchen

@doksimonhomes, your intro is Lit
This is pretty dope 👌
Enjoy every moment of this house tour great job🇯🇲❤
Thanks a million ❤️
Beautiful homes! The 3 bedroom is so beautifully decorated. I would love to see this same house overlooking the ocean.
Homes without any greenery and shades can be likened to huts on a desert. Those are far cheaper.
Thanks for watching Pat. We appreciate the love and support. , Please stay glued by subscribing we have more coming up.
What are the starting pricing ?
What are the price points?
I don’t see parking or accessibility for those that may be elderly or with disabilities.
But I’m interested in the price points
Love it!!!
Black and white interior is so freaking cool bro. It’s hot every even in America. The black and white colors are so classic, yet modern. Clean long lines. Simple, but direct. Calming and affective. Minimalist approach. The glass is a strong design for elegances. Great job guys.
Yeah you’re right Twana, It keeps the space simple and beautiful. , We appreciate the love and support please stay glued by subscribing we have more coming up yeah
I love this awesome information thanks yes very beautiful
Glad you enjoyed it
Where are the trees?
Love the interior design. Great looking art work.
Thanks for the support and love
Looks good. I wish there were more trees but there is plenty of room for the potted variety. Am loving this space. I am Currently visiting Ghana and will make it a point to take a look.
Lovely houses, for me I rather the house was spread out a bit more, needed more greenery’s in the area, it’s little too close to each other’s house.. and what about park and playground for kids … hope new road lay out will be done too… overall is lovely 👍🏿
No doubt the houses are beautiful but honestly I don’t see the affordable housing aspect of this. The prices are too outrageous for the value being offered!
Thanks a million for watching and dropping us a comment. We appreciate the love and support
Beautiful Video Tour

These condominium homes are spreading rapidly in Accra. I'm impressed woow.

Man, I am a black American. I just rec'd my African Ancestry DNA and it came back 99.4% Akan people of Ghana. I am looking at Ghana now and see how beautiful it is and man, when can I come home 🤣😂😅
You’re a great Man.
Ghana awaits your visit anytime. One ❤️
You're not American. You are an African stolen to the lands of murdered Native Americans. Throw away the European Colonialist chains & culture. Our people are in Africa. Babylon is falling my brother.
@@angrybritches1854 man you are right. Its very tuff to get into my head. My results came back 99.4% Ghana. My Nigerian friend said the same 💯 African.
@@nightvigilante989 We were spread to the wind, all across the globe. We speak a lot of different languages, & come in many different flavors. Many in the Nation are still healing from Colonialism. You'll see it in religion, food, govt contracts, trading, corruption, class societal hierarchy, infrastructure etc. Don't let it get you down. Understand many African countries have not had their independence for that long, a lot of global legislation goes on trying to prevent Africa from flourishing and we're still healing. I would strongly recommend checking out 'Webnation Africa' here on YT, if you haven't. You'll understand the challenges as a people we face from Colonialism, our challenges reintegrating back into the roots of Africa, & the laws. "Ideally", it's best to buy your own home, work remotely, or become an entrepreneur. Cost of living is low in most African countries, but so are wages. Good luck my brother. The stories you connect with on Webnation Africa will introduce to the family, provide you with some resources & other people's channels. Be good. Health, wealth, & safety.

A children's bathroom with a floor to ceiling glass shower unit .oh dear.what bright spark came up wit that idea.
A concrete dungeon, albeit an attractive one... where ur done for when the economy collapses
Trees 🌳 🌲 🌴 will make the place perfect 🥰. Trust me
very beautiful

Good job on the presentation brother, the fluidity in delivery and choice of words were right on point and floor less...keep up the good job brother.

Very Very beautiful! Could you please recommend where the building materials were purchased? Especially the doors, tiles etc.
How about landscaping and land for gardening.
Thanks for watching Sarah. We appreciate your support and comment
Nice! ♥
Ghana needs leadership brave enough to break the grip of western nations over her natural resources.
You are young minded and don’t understand how the world and specifically the Western world operates 😂😂😂
The homes are beautiful! I wish they didn’t paint it all the same color and I have noticed that the bathrooms needs a better design.
Sooo beautiful!
Thanks for the support and love Sakhu
I love all thanks
The high ceilings open up the spaces giving them an airy and breathable. From the outside view, it does not appear that the inside provides the brightness it does. A tray ceiling would have given more depth. But I understand the modern design.
This is a great place
Thanks 😊
Ghana's real estate sector is leaping. Estates popping up here and there.
🤨🤓 Beautiful AKA nice…. 😁
Lovely, fantastic, fantasmo, greatissimo, magnifcentalistic, right on right on.. cool. 😄

Where are the trees?
Ghanaians project developers build concrete jungles
@Mlk Alt my sentiments exactly. Beautiful though it is, it hasn't been built with nature in mind potentially with devastating consequences.
WHAT HAVE YOU BUILT YOURSELF ? WHY ALL THESE NEGATIVITIES ? GO AND BUILD YOUR OWN WITH TREES FOR GOD SAKE.

Magnificent or fabulous
they need to start raising the street signs (not that it matter much) BUT BRILLIANT WORK AND VIDEO!!
It is also important you talk about the land on which these nice buildings are built. Especially the interest the purchaser would have in the land. Whether a lease for 99 years or an Assignment with the number of years remaining. Also at the expiration of the said term, how smoothly can the interest in land be renewed and the amount consideration

And so help me God 🙏

Guys, haven't you thought about it ...all these kinds of beautiful houses out there in Ghana. Don't you think in this life we get only once, we can buy one of these
What about the price? That is probably the most important thing surely.
I love 💘 that is sooo beautiful

I LOVE THIS NEIGHBORHOOD.
It’s very cool and serene. Thanks for the love and support
People who designed and built these buildings are heartless. Buy 3 bedroom house without a car port or a small garden in tropical Africa ? Park cars all over the place and drop engine oil on the path way?
Horrible to say the least
What's heartless about this?
It's a competitive market, go elsewhere if only you can afford one or more, MR.
@@explore5130 I'm sure a lot of people are purchasing these apartments for investment properties. A lot of people will come here with vehicles. They will rent until they build or buy their own property. I definitely wouldn't buy an apartment as my primary residence.
