Hello Guys!!, today we are installing the pedals on my 66 mustang and also the clutch cable that it was pending since the T5 Transmission installation, i did not like how the cable fit with my headers but we will give it a shot to see if it works, if not we will make a plan B, so some of the parts that i used to make this video came with the transmission kit that i bought from Modern Driveline but i will make a list if you want to buy separate

¡¡Hola chicos!!, hoy estamos instalando los pedales en mi mustang 66 y también el cable del embrague que estaba pendiente desde la instalación de la transmisión T5, no me gustó cómo encaja el cable con mis headers, pero le daremos una oportunidad para ver si funciona, si no, haremos un plan B, algunas de las piezas que utilicé para hacer este video vinieron con el kit de transmisión que compré en Modern Driveline, pero haré una lista si quieres comprar por separado.

Thanks for the detailed video, I'm in the process of doing the same exact thing to my car. I just got the C4 and everything that goes along with it out the other day, now to start adding all the new stuff!

I’m going to inspect my z bar linkage after watching this, because I have a nasty chatter. T5 transmission on a 65 so similar set up. 😊 great video.

should have installed a hydraulic clutch since everything was removed before hand. That heat shield wont protect the clutch cable

Honestly, I didn't want to go hydraulic because I would like to keep the feeling of an old car....and bout the heat shield you are right...when I ordered the headers I asked summit racing about the fitting with my setup and they said it's ok, once Installed everything found that problem...I called them they ended up replacing the headder for a short ones...so the clutch cable it will work fine for now...👍🏻....thanks anyway for the advice. Maybe in the future, I'll try a hydraulic system with this or another car 👌🏻
