We do a combination of…
1. exercises that get your tummy and organs moving, to help digestion, inflammation & constipation
2. stretching
3. bodyweight massages (hi inhaling whale)
4. oil-massaging with our fingers - my fave to relief the pain points and anything that’s „stuck“ or inflamed
It’s a ‚feel-good’ routine, that you can do anytime. If you suffer from stomach problems, I recommend:
a) in the morning
b) ESPECIALLY in the evening before you go to bed aka. after your last meal
c) anytime you have bloating or stomach pain, to get the instant effect

I think it's a nice idea if you make a video of a period workout, for the girlies who can't move the same in the first days of their period. Sometimes is hard to do even the slow workouts because of the pain we feel on those days
If you have a heavy period or strong symptoms, then you should rest or go for a walk or do a light stretch. There is no need to work out. Your body needs to recover and missing out on a workout 2-3 days will not set you back.
We have been asking for it for years
I would love that too but I think that Pamela doesn’t have her period because she has never talked about that…but that’s just an Idea.

If it’s so painful maybe there’s a problem? For example I have endometriosis and it caused me to have bloated belly for like 2 weeks a month
You should be careful about what you are eating
You should see a doctor. I used to be bloated all the time, and it turns out that i've intestinal dysbiosis.
I just came home from eating out and I’m so bloated and my stomach hurts I’m glad this is coming out
As someone with a chronically inflamed digestive system (Crohn's disease), I think these gentle stretching exercises are great. Thank you very much Pamela❣️ Nevertheless, I would like to appeal to everyone who may constantly suffer from stomach pain and other problems with their digestive system to get themselves examined. Sometimes there is something more serious behind it. You don't need to be ashamed, you are not alone! ✨️

Really like this video. I’m 14 weeks pregnant so have constant indigestion at the moment! I like the self care element with the massage at the end. I can imagine this is a video I revisit & adapt as my bump gets bigger ❤

OMG, it's like you just read my mind!! I discovered recently that I have IBS and I have been feeling really bad lately, soooo bloated and having cramps... this is just what I needed 🙏 thank you, Pam! 💜 I loved the massage at the end, it really helped 💜💜
I also have IBS, it's not fun. For me I get flare-ups at least twice a month
I have IBS and the doctors didn't tell me this, but the low-fodmap diet can really help. There are certain foods that have components that make IBS worse. If you learn to identify them and figure out your primary trigger foods you can feel a lot better without changing too much about your lifestyle. It's worth googling if your symptoms are really bad.

I noticed this and luckly I found a nutritionist who has IBS and is more specialized in it, and he helped me to change some things, avoid and substitute some foods and it's really helping! It's been only a week, but I feel much better. I noticed some things are worst than others as well, so there's some foods I avoid at all costs bc is not worth the pain

Bloating problem is a disease?
@@I.K.-yp7nh no I don't think it's a disease. Usually bloating is the result of food intolerance, processed food or constipation, which means it's caused by conditions on your body but isn't a disease itself
