I still plan on keeping the old heavy duty jumper cables in the vehicle just in case my charger doesn't work. If you do get jumper cables get 2/4 gauge wire. Good quality cables have a better heavy duty clamp for the terminals. The electrical current has to travel further with longer cables. My idea is to check the charge of the battery jumper at every oil change. About every few months.

I still keep jumpers cables just in case, but I use mine a few times a week my son will use it to jump some of the lawn movers that dont have batteries and when we go on long drives my wife uses it a a phone charger when we go places. It is holding up fine! Great comment thanks.

@@mlacher100 tell people to read page four in directions. Many people are using the jumper wrong. Many people are connecting the clamp cables to the battery with power cable already plugged into the jump starter. It clearly says to connect to battery then plug into the jump starter. Also unplug the cable from jump starter then remove cables from battery.

Great job showing what all comes with this jump starter. I bought one of these from Amazon but it did not come with the 12v outlet plug. I wonder why.

Thank you, maybe it was old stock or something like that.
