Burmese Coconut Sago Pearls Balls Dessert| အိအိထွေးထွေး ချိုစိမ့်အရသာ အုန်းသီးသာဂူလုံး အချိုပွဲ

Welcome to my channel ​⁠
Today, I would like to share a dessert which is chewy and sweetness and easy to do at home. The dessert is “Coconut Sago pearls balls”. There are many sago desserts in Asian countries and they are easy to prepare at home.
My recipe is -
250 grams of sago pearls in 1 liter of water (the requirement of water may vary depends upon the types of sago pearls use)
Salt to taste
1 cup of sugar (add more if you want the dessert sweeter, my ratio is just normal sweetness)
1 cup of grated coconut
Butter or oil to brush the dish to cool down sago pearls
That is all ingredients are for coconut sago pearls. Simple but yet delicious dessert.
