Burmese Stuffed Beancurd Snack| Authentic Recipe မော်လမြိုင် ပဲပြားအစာသိပ်

Burmese stuffed Beancurd is a popular street food snack. It is easy to prepare and do at home whenever you want for afternoon snack.
The recipe is a little different what we normally have in Yangon city and southern region such as in Mawlamyine, Mon state. In Yangon, stuffed ingredients are included shredded cabbage, shredded carrot. If you like those vegetables, of course you can add it. In Mawlamyine, we find the stuffed Beancurd without vegetables. It is recommend to have them immediately for best taste.
