Chinese New Year Traditional "Fortune" Dish for Wealth and Prosperous|

It has been a while I was away from my channel during new year period as I was so busy with other things. But I am back and keep uploading new videos and other travel vlogs so please stay tuned my channel.
Since Chinese New Year is just around the corner and today I would like to share the special and traditional dish to celebrate Lunar Chinese New Year.
This year of Chinese Zodiac is “Dragon” which represents “good luck, strength, health and also the male element Yang”.
There are many traditional snacks and dishes are served with families and guests during Chinese New Year and most of people know "Nian Gao (年糕)" which is known as “New Year Cake”, which is a traditional sticky rice cake. This traditional dish is a main dish to serve at the dinner of family reunion on the eve of the new year. It is known as “Fortune Dish”, which is believed to bring a good fortune from new year ahead. This dish is my favorite dish and I even cook it during the year around.
All ingredients are available at Chinese groceries shop. It might be a little tricky to cooking but it is worth to try the new things, isn’t it?
