  • Hello Everyone , welcome back to our “HAPPY TUMMY” Channel. Today we will
    show you how to cook a simple and easy Kung Pao Chicken for all. For this yummy
    dish we need the followings :-
    Main Ingredients that we need are
    One whole chicken breast
    Garlic
    Onion
    Ginger
    Carrot
    Baby Corn
    Spring Onion
    Dried Bell Shape Chilli
    For Kung Pao Sauce
    Light Soya Sauce (2) tablespoon
    Black Soya Sauce (1) tablespoon
    Sugar (2) teaspoon
    Water (1/2) cup
    A pinch of Salt for seasoning
    For Chicken Marinate
    Light Soya Sauce (1) tablespoon
    Dark Soya Sauce (1) tablespoon
    Corn Starch (2) teaspoon
    Oyster Sauce (1/2) tablespoon
    White Pepper Powder (1/2) teaspoon
    To Fry Chicken - we need a substantial mount of Oil. Here we use saturated peanut oil to maximise the odour and flavour.
    For the seasoning - add one tablespoon of Chinese Cooking Wine and Sesame Oil with a few dash of seasoning powder (if you use) and salt
    We will also need roasted one tablespoon of Sichuan black pepper while frying chicken with vegetables.
