- Semolina Cake or Sanwin Makin is a Burmese dessert, its almost similar to a Kesari but you can call it the Burmese version of that, it pretty simple to make and the entire process takes about 45 minutes, this recipe serves 10 people but you can alter the quantities according to your requirements, the Ingredients you will need for this are;
Roasted rava [1/2 kg]
Eggs [4]
Thick coconut milk [1 1/2 litres]
Poppy seeds [2 tbsp]
Sugar [1/2 kg]
Saffron [1 pinch]
Ghee [150 gm]
Salt [1 tsp]
