Shine your ride with these simple steps.
Warning
The metal accents on newer cars are usually plastic -- only use these tips on real chrome.
Step 1: Wash the area
Wash the rusted area with mild soap and water.
Step 2: Cut the foil
Cut squares of aluminum foil.
Step 3: Wet the foil
Wet the foil with cola and crumple it -- shiny side out -- into a ball.
Tip
Water will work if you don't have any cola -- just scrub harder.
Step 4: Rub the surface
Rub the surface in a circular motion. The chemical reaction between the aluminum, cola, and chrome will result in a brown polish.
Step 5: Wipe off the polish
Wipe off the polish with paper towels.
Step 6: Protect the surface
Apply chrome polish to protect the surface from future rust spots.

ok so how do u fix the chrome after it's cracked and stuff ? it will just rust again

you know what works even better? use aluminum foil and "The Works" cleaning stuff.
MAKE SURE YOU WEAR GLOVES this will dissolve the aluminum and will make the job much easier with it also working on the chrome!

Use Fluid Film on the chrome to stop this from happening to start with.
And once you've done that on chrome, rub Fluid Film on the Chrome to stop from rusting. Rub in just like car wax.
