This man singlehandedly set a table and got this entire show on display.
He's evil, but has admirable work ethic
But did he really set it up all on his own. There is one certain person we never see until after a death. And we didn't see him here, only at the end. Hmm
Dr. Lecter is very proud of this masterpiece.
What does he do that's evil in this scene? This is a pretty standard family Thanksgiving. I guess he does wear gloves to dinner which is pretty weird, but I wouldn't call that evil or anything.
@@finchvalor are you serious. He literally basted, cooked, decapitated and served on a platter on a table a human being. With her head on a plate. If you don't think that's evil you're as crazy as he
Admirable work ethic ?????????
Hannibal Lecter would've pulled up a seat and even asked for leftovers.
No leftovers
Definitely
He would've asked for some fava beans and a nice chianti to go with it.
What about Leatherface
@@TheLewistownTrainspotter8102Dr. Lecter might've made a kebab with Evan's cheeks, and some mushrooms. And baked his thigh meat wrapped in a waterlily leaf and clay.
This honestly feels like a modern 80’s horror movie
Agreed.
That was the whole point of Roth vision. He wanted to make the film as if it was a 80’s horror film.
@@Maelodas and he succeeded
AND TO THINK WERE GETTING A SECOND ONE.
Funny fact:They used the 1977 horror car film called the car where a demonic spruit car ahs a v8 motor and the brand of the car is a lincoln
I don't know what's worst: The disturbing and horrific carnage scenes or that guy's puns.
Just saw this film. It was campy as hell. B movie to the max. Still fun to watch.
It was based on a fake trailer, so..
That was the point..
I haven't heard of it, but I typically like watching these B type movies.
@@joshuamaxwell8376 I'd recommend it if you're an Eli Roth fan! (He directed it).
Fun??? What are u talking about??
Sometimes I sit back and think to myself “yo millions of dollars go into to this bs”😂
Yup, while great scripts are rejected.
This character invited the wrong people. He should have had Hollywood producers over for Thanksgiving.
😂😂😂
The disturbing thing is people would actually do this watching a guy have his head smashed in while spamming likes and emojis

This movie it’s like
Ghostface combine with Terrifier
Fr
Real
Both terrible movies like this.
@@_JesusChrist.If you don't like horror movies, why are you watching a scene from a horror movie?
@@thecommercialarchive can you tell me when I said that I hate horror movies?
“Choose your words wisely.”

If she was cooking in the oven how does she still have hair 😅
You got the big brain
I was just thinking the same. Wouldn't it have burned off? Also, wouldn't her eyeballs have melted?
Gross
Maybe the Movie directors didn't think this whole scene through
It's Just Hollywood type stuff @demonicrider1911. But The Movie is Good Though.
This movie was so well written I was wondering how it was even made in 2023, like it does EVERYTHING right! The ignorant characters, the ones who want to forget the incident, the ones who remember things til the last detail, it’s honestly so good. The brutal & reality of all of it sees realistic, other than the live not getting banned. Great holiday movie, wish we can get movies like this.
All the victim was stupid

2:26 “Congratulations Evan. You’re a star.”
0:03 that’s torture as..🍖HELL!💀
I bet they'll never eat turkey again after this
@@laylamason9908theyll never celebrate thanksgiving again
That's a messed up looking turkey.
This movie gives me scream tv series vibes and i dont know why. ❤
I loves that series so much omg
Me too.
At 2:26, why on Earth in any bloody context (no pun intended) would any sane human being actually press a dozen likes with "thumbs up" or "smiley face with heart eyes" icons upon seeing someone bludgeoned to death in the head? Honestly, in my view, those people who would actually even dare to express likes in to seeing a horrific act like that are as bad as the killer himself.
Perhaps there's a subtle message within the context of that. Maybe violent and even criminal behavior can be perversely normalized by social media culture.
@@williamhayes2960 I beg your pardon?
I'm saying--and this is not confirmed by Roth himself; it's just speculation--what if it is a message regarding the topic of social media and its negative side. @@mr.fleesta7808
I think he photoshoped it

*"Now, take a bite, of your lovely wife..."* 🍗🪓

And show me how thankful you are.
Kathleen be like : ALL THAT WORK AND WHAT DID IT GET ME? ~~
This scene reminds me of
the chainsaw massacre
That and Resident Evil 7
And happy birthday to me (1981)
At 0:06, if you look closely, you can see a single tear roll down Jessica's face; which suggests that even SHE was horrified by what the Carver Killer did to her stepmother, Kathleen. Jessica may not have liked her stepmother, but she did love her father; and she definitely didn't want Kathleen to die.
Yeah, you can definitely hate someone without wanting them to die. It’s something different.
Well…
He did indeed go viral…
"Oh no, my only weakness - chain-link fences!"
"Even though i have an axe this time!"
I keep getting an image of Hanson from Scary Movie 2 bursting into the dining room with dessert and stuffing the “turkey” with his “strong” arm. 😂😂😂
😅😂😂😂😂😂
I’ll neverrrrrrrrr get over him saying “idk what this is but ima lick it anyway” 😂😂😂😂
I'm scared to ask what's for dessert 🤔
Why I'm i laughing when Thomas throws up? 0:27
the acting in this scene felt so realistic, i felt like i was there with them. i’ll never forget watching this in theaters being shocked at how disgusting and disturbing this dinner table scene was. their reactions were too real especially gabby. addison rae did phenomenal in this film along with nell and gabriel. everyone did amazing!! ❤
Addison Rae did phenomenal plzzz you must be new she did an adequate job which was better than her first attempt at acting which isn’t saying much
I love the cork sound 😂😂😂
5:11: That's not the proper turkey position!
This movie was surprisingly good.
bruh no it wasn't
@@brito.com26 bruh yes it was.
@@brito.com26bruh yes it was
@brito.com69 yes it was. It was entertaining, you can't be critical in a slasher film.
nah
Eli really went All Out for this one, it makes the “ Grindhouse trailer version “ look tame.
yknow
when I saw this movies trailers i thought "wow, a horror movie based of thanksgiving, that sounds stupid"
seeing this one scene alone...
damn
damn I was wrong...
I'm with you one hundred percent as I originally thought the same thing.
I keep laughing at the throw up part
I laugh at This sometimes 2:06 :0
WHATS FUNNY ABOUT THE THROW UP PART?!?!
It's funny because he had that thing over his mouth keeping the throw up in
@@gavinmcquarrie4209 oh! 😂🤣
The dark humor really got me lmao 😂
Something you would see in a Rob Zombie horror movie.
John Carver sounds like The ScreenSlaver from Incredibles 2
Fr
i think they can’t topped this scene in the sequel , and also the black friday scene
The turkey is served! 😂
Happy Thanksgiving To You 🍗
This movie so sick yet entertaining
Evan’s death made me cringe
I kinda laughed cause I didn’t like his character
Not really.
Can we all agree that Eli Roth should make a movie about the Russian Sleep Experiment? I think it's right up his alley.
Is Patrick Dempsey really behind the John Carver mask ?
Wheres the Yorkshire puddings. Aint a roast dinner without yorkies
Agreed, they’re delicious, but this isn’t the UK 😁
Be sure to axe for sloppy seconds
The lack of courtesy by the guests is unacceptable.
My friends and I decided to try gore movies and traumatize ourselves in a theatre when we saw this movie come out…
Completely failed. I had to come back and remind myself how disturbing this scene was. We simply laughed hysterically in the theatre because a group of teenagers in the back were way too distracting. Now, without any disruption, I’m scrunching my face up while watching this.
This scene made me hungry af😋
After seeing that movie, I'm never looking at Thanksgiving the same way again.
I remember watching this thinking this is classic 💯
The fact how there able to watch this and not vomit
One did
I seriously thought this movie was a spoof comedy, lol
Alastor: Oh, tasty~!
Loona: oh sweet buttery
Back then was the VHS 80's horror movies, where the slashers/killers do in secretly and a few knows about the victims.
In the DVD/VCD 90's to 2000's horror movies, where the slashers/killers do in public, yet secretly and some knows about the victims.
Now in the digital's/social media's horror movies, where the slashers/killers do in secretly and public, yet post the video of their victims in social media.
Psychological torture and murder; the John Carver Killer was a sadistic psychopath; and I doubt that he would've stopped with Jessica and her friends after this.
Even though they killed his wife on black Friday right in front of him
@@user-gc1os9ht4r I'm pretty sure that Jessica and SOME of the people at that table weren't responsible for her death. Plus, the John Carver Killer didn't have a wife; the two of them were having an affair, and she was pregnant with his child. At least, he claimed that the child was his.
This is me when I was playing tag😂
Not as good as the fake trailer, but I still enjoyed it. Anyone who has worked a Black Friday or Thursday can appreciate.
I felt like the scene in the Grindhouse trailer was much more disturbing and crueler
Ehm..in the end it was just a trailer, from which this movie took big inspiration..so what? How tf can someone compare a little trailer with a whole movie which was much longer cause, again, it's a movie. The other's a (fake)trailer. Got it? Got it.
@@christianhackl474 The Grindhouse trailer took risks and was more in your face with the gore effects and sleaze; just like the movies it was acknowledging. The movie was good, but it was obvious they were holding back; a trope most modern horror movies do to net a wider audience.
3:02 I like how she has one of those rings that has a blade.
Well one of her friends gave it for her for good luck
Ay i got a glock in my rari 17 shots no 38 ay i got a glock in my rari 17 shots no 38
My thoughts exactly
Wow wow wow. This movie was epic and twisted and gory and just plain amazing. And I had one of two guesses for who Carver was and I was right. Still skeptical about the other
Dinner scene of Resident Evil 7 but better 😂
Scuba should have waited for the right time
Well now a new horror themed holiday movie ruined one of my most comforting pleasures now
Isn’t there a 4th of July horror movie with a killer Uncle Sam?
@@kingovharts that doesn't count

Well..they have plenty of food and drinks and a caring host. Still better than my Thanksgiving 😢
And i just watched this scene eating... gladly i was strong enough to keep eating my Doritos
I hated the deaths so much, that I loved the movie
No one appreciates subtlety anymore...
Oh my god😮
The Carver should’ve won. Those rich, spoiled, greedy bastards had it coming
2 versus 1 and then the two proceeds with running and then one leaving the other one. Nice
Looks like someone got inspired By Freddy's Dish
Bro the cheerleader wouldn’t bleed she’s been dead for too long 😂
He kept her alive in the fridge did you not watch the movie?
This is how all my family get togethers on Thanksgiving turn out. This is completely normal for my family and I.
We do not understand why they are complaining about free food. Blood meat soup is delicious.
Dead bodies do not bleed like that.
The blood would pool to the lower parts of the body.
No heart beat no pressure.
I❤watching this movie on netflix
This just seemed to cartoonish to be scary. Lol
Had high hopes for this movie. Horror movies are rare anymore. Good horror movies. Theres been 3 in like 7 years
Oh wow this isn't normal. Ugh jigsaw doesn't want to see it at all.
This movie has Rob Zombie vibes.
I love it
I wanted to eat dinner to. 😂
Some murder movies intrest me but make me sick at the same time bc of the brutality of how people die in them
This is one the movies ever made
He said some dinner is served period
ill eat anything you make… john…
Im hungry now
Adam MacDonald as John Carver
Roger L. Jackson as Ghostface
Thanksgiving Basically The Story Of A Man Who Work At Walmart Somewhere and Got Revenge After His Wife Died Since Thanksgiving
This movie is actually based on a spoof trailer done by Eli Roth for the 2006 film Grind House. It kinda reminds me of a late 70s early 80s horror flick, especially with the flashbacks of simple clues laid out by the real killer.
"Dinner is served."
Armin Maiwes: 🤤
saw, Dr Phibes, and Instant Family all in one
Plis send link full move which one
3:02 is there really a ring that has a pop out knife ability? If so where can I get one
Evan got Lucille'd.
Love it, Best movie we seen in years. Hopefully they can continue with a trio.
We are getting a sequel
I can't handle these sick movies.
I don't mind sick movies, but when it's done with 0 intelligence or actual creativity, and has a cast of remarkably bad teen actors, then I'm not interested.
Is any one have link of this movie?
Sick and twisted film other wise a good film
But seriously, I have been to worst thanksgiving dinners. LOL
Oh god I can look at it
bro went like FBI open up when they were running away.
