Custom hybrid 1x9 clutch drivetrain using a mix of Shimano, SRAM and other components

How to easily combine completely different components and make them work together as a 1x9 drive-train with a clutch.
Shimano Deore XT RD-M786 GS (10 speed)
SRAM X5 trigger shifter (9 speed)
Sunrace 11-36T cassette (9 speed)
KMC X9 chain (9 speed)
Noname narrow wide chainring

Nice. But how to achive 2:1 (Shimano 8/9 speed) pull ratio using DynaSys derailleur? Do you know?

Did not done such modification, but it also should be possible, however due to 2:1 pull ratio from shifter would probably not work as good. Here you can find a shiftmate product that is capable to handle most of converstions: www.jtekengineering.com/shiftmate/shiftmate-1/

Won't it work without the spacer? They're both 1:1 cable pull ratio, right?

No, without the spacer, the ratio is not the same and it will not work
