In the UK, we use the guidance on the 'Royal College of Psychiatrists' website under the heading 'Stopping antidepressants'. However deprescribing antidepressants should be under the supervision of a clinician due to the 'antidepressant withdrawal symptoms' that can occur if stopped abruptly.
