      That is if you view investing as a problem. How many problems do you think business owners can bring into any country? Go and Google how much money tourists and investors bring into any economy. Your poverty mindset is going to create a lot of problems for you and your children. You are trying to equate them with these poor Africans who all flock here for better economic opportunities, only to forget that whatever these Americans have in their hands is worth 15 times more than what you own. It looks like you own nothing because if you owned any business or hotel or real estate you would not want to chase away any moneymaking opportunity. Now go sit in a corner and have a pity party, because clearly what you are witnessing here are far above your intellect. Do you think their problems are more special than your problems? Go and learn about business and come back here and reply.

      S Zulu OK all I have to say is,here in America Has not been an easy Play for 4 1/2 hundred years. I am very intelligent when it comes to my ancestry and who I am. Being disrespectful is not how I was raise. I always respect others and their culture. I am a traveler I traveled over this planet and seen lots of friendly faces. That’s why I say if your negative you keep that in your circle with your negative friends. I will not try to intervene and entertain you on that behavior. It doesn’t matter what color or what language you speak. Respect is the universal language that I speak. I can walk the streets of Japan with not a problem and I’m treated as a human being. I spoke to brothers England to Africa to the Bahamas and they all say the same thing. Respect and entry as a human being. When you work for the city of New York. You need a lot of patience a lot, for that brother he probably meant as a joke I did not take it serious I just replied back that negative talk I’m surrounded by Deli and I separate myself. Because the only one thing that people will realize when you separate yourself from negativity a positive force is more powerful than the negative. Love is the thing my savior gave to his people. If you believe in him or not it doesn’t matter to me but my people come from out of the land of Cape Town DNA proofing. To go back to my homeland where my ancestors lived and what educated and stolen from and brought to a land on their time for free labor. Mean only one thing my grandparents sacrifice so I can live that have a opportunity to come back home to my homeland. Wala Wala Oh if you don’t know what that means that means peace and blessings to you my brothers I truly mean that. See you in Cape Town

    Allot of you are wondering about the prices. Check out some of our most popular realty websites. You can choose by location and search price ranges and other options like townhome, farms, stand alone homes etc. Some of the sites are;
    1.) www.privateproperty.co.za
    2.) www.property24.co.za
    3.) www.jawitz.co.za
    4.) www.pamgolding.co.za
    5.) www.sothebysrealty.co.za
    What I know is that as a foreigner looking to buy it's either you buy the home outright 100% cash brought forward or you can get a bank bond/loan and usually those banks will pay 50% towards the purchase of your home and you pay the other 50% yourself. You'd obviously need to produce ID documents, passports as well as probably existing bank statements and maybe some collateral. You'd also need to take transfer costs of ownership into consideration in terms of the title deed and all the inspections that'd take place before a sale. We've got great real estate agents who'd guide you in dealing with all those technicalities. Lastly buying property in SA is great value for money definitely also an investment opportunity you do not want to miss out on.
