Most developments are estates and there is 94% of blacks living here. Yes there are poor people, but also the are working class, middle class, the wealthy and the supper rich black people. The Western media will never show this to the world. Thank you for your channel.

You're very correct, my husband is from Ghana and if you're a foreigner you can only buy land or a house on lease you don't own it outright. The other thing I love about South Africa is that in these kind of suburban areas there are no shops outside homes like anyone can set up a shop by the roadside and sell which is something I've seen on CZcams in suburban areas in Ghana. I watched a Tv program about houses in USA. The guality of the houses were not that good because they used wood for walls and even on the floors. We South Africans are fortunate to live in brick and mortar houses. Their prices also are expensive. If they can see what's on The real South Africa channel they will come running to sa. We are very fortunate to have Mark and Latasha in our mist. Me as a South African I wouldn't know how things are on the other side. Keep it up Mark and"The real South Africa "

Our Diaspora brothers have been sold the lie that it is poverty and disease infested. Just as we have been sold the lie that Our African American brothers don't like us and don't want to have anything to do with Africa. Now that we can tell our own narratives, and with the social media platforms that are open, we are able to see and hear the truth for ourselves.

WOW my brother and sister I'm mind blown, and speechless. I can't wait to show my mom these amazing homes, and the fact that they are realistically affordable. I can't to show my Ghanaian wife these homes as while. This is a great video family, and i will definitely be reaching out to you all soon. Have a blessed day family.
