The last house stood out for me, but I worry that there is not enough bedrooms and garden space. I only saw one bedroom in whole house and it is my favourite house so far. 🇿🇦

You can do a search for South Africa Real Estate and there are various websites advertising similar type houses, prices are shown. You work out your likely budget and see if it suits you. You get 20 Rand for 1 US Dollar
I do not agree on this for Americans or any foreigners to come and buy property in South Africa. At the end it will make it impossible for our people to afford property. The Rand do stand a chance again USA dollars. Unless you a citizen of our country then you can buy property in our country. People are taking advantage of our land. The government better step up and put proper laws in place for all foreigners in this regard ✊🏻✊🏻

Hi SiphaG, you have a point but what TRSA is doing is promoting a positive image of SA, also promoting tourism and also the fact you can invest in SA either in buying property or investing in business. Their message is to a community particularly in the US who are overlooked but have massive spending power. That spending coming to SA means jobs.
Thats so surprising you never had problem when Europeans are buying properties in Cape town or Durban,yet our own brothers and sisters coming to invest its a problem stop been followers of wrong prospective look at bride side of us and black Americans collaborating and making new South Africa in a long run
