My heart would have so much joy if Africans all over the world can come back home and let's try by all means to make our Africa the greatest continent.

Yes! I love it. Africa has always been filled with intellect and knowledge, we are just trying to assist in making sure those that have skills can add to the skillset that is and has always been, Africa. I too trust we can do this, and we will continue to put our best forward and encourage others to consider their options. Thank you so much for this.

Some west African “pan African” CZcamsrs like to disparage South Africa as European/white owned or xenophobic, but as a person who knows a lot about South Africa I find that hypocritical or a non issue since any black person is still free to set up a business and thrive in the country facing less barriers than in the West and 85% of South Africans are still of African descent

Man, the 'problem' with the African continent is WHERE to choose where you'll live. The notion of being a part of the majority and knowing that the President of the country and all of the other politicians look like me is appealing beyond belief to know that systematic racism will not have to be dealt with anymore, I'll be truly FREE and can travel and live where I want to and live in peace, not be harassed and murdered by the police is of my greatest desires and as a Black man, I can't have that in America. In my research thus far, Rwanda and Ghana are at the very top of my list followed by Gambia and Tanzania and there are other countries for me to consider. My son went to and LOVED SA (Johannesburg and Capetown) and with the experience that he had and now a new subscriber to this fine channel, I must also consider SA. Thank you for this informative video and I look forward to viewing your other videos and communicating with you Sir.

Their government is so very, very, corrupt, the poor people are living a much, poorer life than ever before. If you go to the gettos and ask them how they lived then and how they live now, they will tell you that now they are starving and living in the worst circumstances than ever before. The poor people are the ones struggling, struggling, struggling. There is much more crime now, than ever before. I grew up in a coloured neighbourhood, we didn't lock our doors, no electric fences, no home alarms. The same neighbourhood now, the houses look like prisons, bars on windows and doors, 7ft walls, my family still live in the same house and it is sad to see them all fenced up. So yes, prepare people properly, let them know that their children can't run free anymore, there are lots of hijackings, murders, rapes, more than any where else in the world. Stay safe everyone.

Our financial system is pretty much similar and opportunities in the property market are much the same.
