This is one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. The way Chevy put this trim together is top notch. The steering, 6 piston Brembo brakes and suspension are amazing. I had a 2017 SS 1LE Yellow and black like 🐝
I finally broke and decided to get a 1LE even though winters coming. Getting it delivered next week. I've been looking at this car for 3 years and love it!! Can't wait! Love the content....you have a new sub.

@@GearhedzGarage I'm considering lowering it with the same slings you have, but I'm on the fence because this cars suspension is top notch with the magnetic ride etc and I'm nervous about messing with it. Have you had any issues after lowering it? How does it ride? Is it a harsher ride? Do you regret lowering it? Did you get the magnetic ride recalculated? Any advice would be highly appreciated.

As for thinking about your tail spoiler, that spoiler is only for those people who want it, but as for myself I prefer the standing pedestal whale tail, that does it for me
Pro charged is only good for upper rpm’s. Go with a whipple you will love it.

@@RTX_4080If someone is buying a convertible they're not planning on tracking it so who cares? Also there is additional structure built into the unibody to help minimize the additional flex, so it's not an issue.

Question. How do you know if a SS Camaro is a 1LE? When im looking around on the web i see 1SS and 2SS.
marcus jackson I have a krypton green 1le, look for alcantara recaro seats, shift boot, and steering wheel. As well as a black wrapped hood, mirrors and the brakes are big 6 piston Brenbos. Good luck hope ya find one !

Just bought a 2022 2SS and I have a lot in store mod wise and this was the perfect video I needed and I found the diffuser on acs too i love the grill

You should go with the msd ported intake manifold, rotofab cai, 103mm nick williams ported throttle body with the pray performance engine and trans tune
I spent 3,000 on a full stage one and tune. Mine was the same HP as yours....In my option it's not worth the investment. Yes it was loud, but paying that much for sound and not a lot more HP doesn't make sense to me. I won't do it again myself.
I had a 2017 Camero 2 ss six speed manual. Love that car. My wife decided it wasn't her and we traded it for a Chevy Bolt EV. She is now wants a divorce.. Funny stuff.

@@sundaysaIIInt Bro, you are asking the wrong dude. lol If I could do it all over again, I would choose a Camaro SS 1LE, all day, over my Scat Widebody. I drove a 1LE. It shifts smoother, and corners 10X better than the WB Scat. The only thing the Chally WB have over the 1LE is the Chally WB has a lot more interior room. That Camaro can definitely feel too cramped, especially if you are a big dude.

building a 73 nova 5.3 stroker with a 4l80e. gonna bore n stroke to a 383 and forge the bottom end re finish the block and run twin 76mm turbos lol. gonna be a pro street car for sure back halfed and everything. expecting 1100whp or around that ballpark

I did not have to cam my car to get to 500. I spent about 4000 with three tune revisions while upgrading. Ported MSD, Katech 103mm TB, rotofab, e85, corsa catch can, 1 7/8" wrapped headers, xpipe and exhaust.

@alejandromunguia273 no need. Still has plenty of room. Once I go heads cam yes I will need to go to the LT4 in pump and the hi pressure pump under the intake manifold.

Got a black 19 1le and love that B!+%$ got the American racing long tube with full exhaust waiting for a cam to do my installation. Amazing what you get from the price tag stock. 43k for me

@@s31ACE1252 Cosmetically they're similar...but the 6th Gen flows a little better, has better angles. Performance-wise, Mechanically and technological they couldn't be further apart...
I wouldn't boost it. A H/C/I/bolton/E85 tune can get you 600+ WHP on a factory bottomend. IMO adding a blower or snails to a factory LT1 is just going to add weight up from and not make enough power to be that much faster than a H/C/I/bolton/tuned N/A car. If you go built then sure it will make much more power, but I'm talking about a stock bottomend.
Also the real appeal to boosting a N/A LS (or in this case GEN5 LT) is so you can make the factory bottomend's HP potential without needing to spend the money and effort going H/C/I, or having to deal with the downsides and driveability issues that can come with the N/A route. (Cold start issues, changing valve springs periodically, maybe poorer MPG's, etc) The thing is you've already cammed the car, and that's were these issues come from. (not the heads or intake) You may as well go ahead and remove the heads, port them, get a good intake like the LT2 manifold or MSD, and whilethe heads are off delete the AFM. (even though that will likely require you to get a new cam as AFM lifters have their own unique lobes)
Cam wouldn’t get you much over 600, and boost would be way easier to daily. Most people couldn’t deal with bucking or kicking the brakes through the floor everyday, but I hear you

1LE is such a crap package for the street, and yet people buy it and don't even realize what they are getting lmao. 2SS / ZL1 are far above anything the 1LE can offer. The only exception is if you trailer the 1LE to the track and it's only a track car, sure amazing car for it. Had they done the 1LE package and kept the ZL1 suspension it would have been god mode.

Do you have the 1LE pack on yours. I see you have the black hood, and that comes with the 1LE pack but you can also get it aftermarket, so just wondering. I just traded in my 2015 2SS for a 24 2SS, same color as yours. I got the black wheels and everything. I already got a carbon fiber side skirts, front spoiler, and diffuser from andersons Composites. They’re super expensive but they’re 100% real carbon fiber and the weight savings is incredible compared to stock parts. All 3 parts cost me about $4k with installation. So not too bad. I’m gonna do a cat back exhaust, just not sure which one yet. Already got a bigger TB and CAI, and tune added. Making about 525 whp right now, up from about 400 stock. I already bought some long tube kooks headers with high flow racing cats. I’m just looking for the exhaust. What type of exhaust do you have. I LOVE the way yours sounds

@Jahmar Brown LS3s were in Camaros until 2015, anything after is LT1, vastly different, handles less hp, around 650whp before it becomes risky.

Yes in my recent experience in my new one of my newest videos I referenced that in the Texas pecan package the lifters they give you are terrible. Now that I am doing it all over again I went with Johnson 2110 R lifters they are the best I would not use anything else but those
